Amazing Service! Called and spoke with Jason (owner) and asked him if I could bring my new E-Mountain Bike in for adjustments. He met me this afternoon and dropped everything so I did not have to wait (this time). He put the bike up and immediately got to work. I am not going to expect that service every time but it’s sure nice to know that people still care! Will take all my bikes there for service. Thanks again Jason!!

I took an old bike in desperate need of a tuneup here for a once-over. The bike was ready before the estimated time and looks brand new! Price was exactly what was quoted. Owners truly care about their business and the community.

Great bike shop. Reasonably priced repairs for my old bike. Lots of new and used bikes and all kinds of outdoor equipment. Neat hand made kayak shop in the back. Worth a visit for new or used clothing and outdoor equipment.

Had a great experience with the owners of NVO. I sold them a bike an was in and out in about 20 minutes. They gave me a good price and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending anyone to go to them NVO.

This bike shop fixed my bike up with a great tune up which fixed my gear changing/de-railer issue and brakes rubbing.
