Our experience with Elevated Builders has been absolutely first rate. Our extended family runs an online business, so our moving to Ankeny required careful planning and coordination. We had looked carefully at over a dozen very nice homes for sale in Ankeny before we toured a home just finishing construction by Elevated Builders. We all agreed that this was the home for us: the location, the layout, and the construction quality were all excellent. And the home was beautifully designed to complement its setting next to a pretty little park.

We purchased the home with an unfinished basement, but contracted with Elevated Builders to complete the basement right away, with the same style and quality as the upper floors. That work went smoothly and well and was completed a week ahead of schedule. Throughout the process, the communication and coordination with Elevated Builders was excellent. We recently moved into our dream home built by Elevated Builders. Elevated Builders did an excellent job of embracing the style of home we wanted to build. There are lots of builders who can build a home, but Elevated built our dream and presented it to us complete with a gift on the kitchen counter at closing. We thoroughly appreciated the fact that our primary points of contact with Elevated were certified architects. The communication throughout the process was amazing and we loved the fact that they could send us quick red lines on floor plans via email and could provide insight into decisions we needed to make throughout the process. More important than the things we experienced throughout the process are the attention to details that we didn’t know to ask about or look for. Now that we are living in the home we are realizing that the home is very well built and will probably not have surprises down the road.

If you are planning to build a house, don’t walk RUN to Elevated Builders. Matt and Paul were the dream team for my husband and I. We did a custom design and build with them and if we ever were to build again, we would use them again and again. They brought my dream home to life. They were very up front on what we could do within our budget. They were very supportive in our decisions as well as gave us great ideas and guidance when we needed it. I am so excited to be in our home and can’t wait to watch my family grow into it.

Hired Elevated Builders to complete drywall repair and full interior paint job for a newly purchased house. The project management from quote to completion was excellent. My project manager sent me daily text updates on progress and reached out with any questions, leaving me fully confident that the end product was going to be exactly what I expected.
