We purchased a Greenland home that was under construction and got to be part of the selection process! They noted the changes we wanted/picked and took care of them and other requests! We have been in our home 90 days and love our first home! To everyone involved with Greenland and supplies etc you all are great and got us into our home sooner than we thought as well! Way to go! BTW the Warranty is AMAZING and TRUE they came out at 60 days in walk/follow up and took care of small requests by us!

We purchased a Greenland home that was already completed (Spec Home) so were not involved in the planning process. However, the builder did an excellent job in the amenities provided throughout the home. No sure we could have selected better. Fantastic warranty plan!
