Giovanti Homes, LLC

Giovanti homes is all about high quality and great value. They have built many homes in the metro area, particularly Ankeny. They built my next door neighbor's home and homes for three of my close friends. They all have been very happy with their decision. Two of them have since moved and made a lot of money on the sale. Giovanti has been building homes for a long time for a really good reason, they are simply a great builder that gives you high value for your dollar.

If you are seriously considering this builder, contact me first. Don’t believe everything you read here. If you sweat the details, go elsewhere.

Great to work with!

We found this new build of Giovanti’s in Ankeny in December of 2021. It was nearly finished when we first looked at it. Once we bought it, the builder did a great job of incorporating the two changes we asked for. I’m sure these next items are pretty standard for a construction grade home, but be sure to ask for better/more insulation as our seems to be lacking, additional electrical outlets (I’m not sure why a builder would chose to put so few in spaces where they’d be needed) and better finish material. Gabe came over himself at our one month checkup, he fixed a few small things. Ever since then it has been difficult to get things finished. He seems to push us off on his contractors and leaves it up to us to deal with. At this point I feel the remaining items from our one year warranty will not be fixed/ addressed. His worst contractors seem to be the plumber (they have been out to fix a toilet twice and it’s still not fixed) and sod/ landscaping crew (our yard seems to have been barely graded at all). Overall, we are happy with the house but as for customer service this company doesn’t seem to care much about their existing customer or to honor their one year warranty agreement.
