Delicious treats. The staff was insanely helpful and kind to our kids, including offering samples to help the little ones decide on their big treats. Highly recommend the fudge and caramel cookie.

Roaming the streets of Gatlinburg with ice cream from Kilwins is the best therapy after my long, stressful weekdays. They offer a variety of flavors, making it one of the best in the area.

Yum! I first tried one of their locations in King of Prussia, PA, so I instantly recognized them down here and had to drop by. This location offered free fudge samples, which was awesome and delicious. I recently had fudge from Mackinac Island, which as some will know is considered the Fudge Capital of the US. I'm not a professional critic on the matter, but I will say I enjoyed this fudge at Kilwin's more than from Mackinac. It was that good!

You can't help but walk into this store as you're walking down the street from the smell alone. If you haven't sampled the fudge you must. My personal favorite is the sea salt chocolate Carmel. Very good and they're more than willing to allow you to try samples of the 30 plus varieties they have. They also sell ice cream and a variety of sweet treats. Definitely worth stopping by.

Best place to try icecream in gatlinburg. Their #1 cookies and cream is actually no. 1 and we also loved the cappuccino choco chip. Staff is nice. They provide tasting the icecream that you want to buy. As per the fudges they have, Kilwins mud fudge is too sweet.

Stopped by because all the other candy shops had closed for the night and was pleasantly surprised. Prices weren’t too bad. I got a chocolate peanut butter cup that was delicious. They have a variety of different options for everyone!

Prices are pretty high but the quality is top notch so we don't mind paying a premium price.

I got a Chocolate Fudge Ice cream cone and the wife got the Blueberry Waffle Cone. The waffle cones are still hot when you get them and are delish!
The Ice cream is really amazing stuff. Both flavors we tried were excellent. Kinda spendy for cones around 8.50 a piece but we are in carnival land Gaitlinburg.
Everything here is expensive.

Their caramel apples with peanuts are the best I’ve had! They other kinds of toppings as well. Free samples of fudge are offered, I only tried the peanut butter and it was good! My apple came in a cute little box!

I really wanted to eat Gelato or something simiar when the reviews brought me to this place. The ice cream was really good and creamy. Not like Italian gelato but way better than the baskin robins. You can try a flavor before buying it. I've got one scoop and it was a really generous serving. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Honestly would probably pay money just for the delicious aroma that this shop puts out! With that said, Bryan behind the counter at Kilwin's was awesome! He displayed amazing customer service and helped us pick out some sweet chocolate covered rice crispy treats for the littles and two delicious apple pie caramel apples for my wife and I! Kilwin's never disappoints!

Ice cream was delicious!!!! And you get so much of it!! Service was super quick and super friendly! I loved the variety of ice cream they had and their Dolce de leche was spot on! Will be back for sure!

The selection of chocolate, fudge and ice cream here is awesome. Took me a while to decide what ice cream to select, but I decided on mint chocolate chip. It tasted very good. This place is extra clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. All the workers are behind plexiglass to help prevent COVID-19. Prices are a little expensive here, but you get what you pay for. The ice cream was worth the money.

Wide variety of delicious looking sweets & ice cream. The salted caramel ice cream was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life! Can’t wait to go back again & try something different!

It's like entering a wonderland! You can watch the staff make all the beautiful treats...fudge, caramel apples, etc..while enjoying a delicious dish or cone of ice cream. Staff was very friendly and eager to help you make a decision with a tasty sample.

Rice crispy covered in chocolate on a stick. Rice crispy was baked perfectly. Not too sweet and the right amount of marshmallow. The chocolate coating was silky smooth.
