Great fresh ice cream and in-store made sweet treats. We ate at the Ober Mountain Mall location. The staff were wonderful and servings were generous. The variety of flavors was good with enough to allow for a lot of flexibility. Double scoops are enough to make you skip lunch. We tried; Michigan Pothole (thick black fudge in chocolate ice cream with chocolate chunks), Amaretto Cherry (amaretto ice cream with cherry & chocolate flakes), Jacked Up Tennessee Toffee (toffee ice cream with smooth whiskey sauce and toffee chunks), Sea Turtle (sea salt caramel ice cream with caramel swirl and chocolate caramel turtles), Rush Hour (coffee ice cream with caramel swirl and chocolate coffee candy chips), Gold Rush.
So much more to try.

Best place for a caramel apple, especially if you love additional toppings like I do. They had several unique options none of the other places had. They also offered cut or whole. It was a great experience all around, even though it was busy.

I picked up a caramel apple with pecans some volatile chocolate covered cherries and a bear claw aka a turtle. Absolutely delicious. Mom got some peach ice cream. She liked it son much she wouldn't even share a bite with me....

The ice cream was rich and creamy. Decent size. Some of the best ice cream I have had. It was smooth and decent bits of caramel and turtle pieces. My husband said it was sweet.

Love the ice cream, the caramel apple, my wife got was not so tasty.

I wanted to pick up a caramel apple before I went home and saw they had CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES?!
I had some questions and the staff kindly answered them all with extra helpful info! I purchased both and ate them in 1-2 days, and they still tasted fresh and the chocolate was delicious! 😄💖

Great candy options, fudge, pralines, and ice cream options. You can get a kid cup to go with their scoop. Ice cream was good and they were really busy.

Oh my goodness! The selection of taffy apples is absolutely mind blowing. I settled with a white chocolate strawberry shortcake crumble taffy some and a white chocolate covered smore. There's treats we're absolutely yummy. No long lives, tasty treats and good customer service ❤❤❤❤❤

Kids and adults agreed — best ice cream ever. We come from the land of Graeter’s, UDF, and Stone Cold ice creams, and this won out. And what customer service! The cone came with an oreo! Kiddo 1 grinned and said, “An OREO?!?” And John the server said, “Of course! This ain’t no Ben and Jerry’s!”

Shout out to the Jacked Up Tennessee Toffee. 🤯🤤

The candy apples are so delicious. I brought some for my family they were still fresh after a few days. Just delicious. Ice cream was tasty.

Such an awesome little shop with lots of options for everyone. Jayson, the assistant manager was AMAZING and had the best energy; he helped one of our littles feel better and was so compassionate and fun! Highly recommend this place, we will be back everytime we visit!

One of the only places I can find a caramel apple with heath bar ! They will even cut it up for you! Great service and friendly atmosphere.

We eyeballed this place like 4 times walking by and we finally caved in and came in. The kids got the caramel apples with nuts and MnMs.
My husband and I got the peanut butter explosion fudge , peanut butter fudge and the butter pecan. They all were excellent my personal favorite was the peanut butter. My husbands was the explosion. But what blew it alllllll out of the water lol was the cheesecake on the stick dipped in white chocolate. Oh my goodness I was doing my fatty happy dance the whole way back to my hotel. Screw it. My diet starts Monday lol

Lady was pretty busy. However she got to everyone pretty quickly. I got some truffles and chocolate pieces. Red velvet truffle was my favorite.

Delicious ice cream and fudge! We tried O-O-Oreo and Cool Mint Cookie. We also had mint chocolate fudge! All of the above were so good that we came back again a few days later for another round of ice cream.

We bought three kinds of fudge and liked them all. The chocolate mint was a good blend of flavor. The cheesecake flavor was interesting but overall really good.

We loved this place. The one inside Ober was a great stop with some AC and bathrooms on a hot day. Stopping in to the Chocolate Monkey was our favorite!!!! If your walking Gatlinburg and looking to satisfy a sweet tooth .....GO!!! So good with so many flavors to choose from.
