The Scooter Palace

Maybe it is me but I cannot understand the negative reviews for this place. I purchased two scooters to covers two helmets and a bunch of options for both bikes without any hard sales tactics or anything like that. Phillip spent hours with me going over the different bikes and what is good and what is not good for beginner. Cheryl was fantastic with getting everything squared away for the registry reaffirming that this was just a delightful experience. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this company and I'd like that they are family owned and operated.

They really know what they're doing, and Phil (Owner) is extremely honest and to the point.If you have a problem... They fix it immediately. Really outstanding team. In fact, when they came to pick up my bike one day, A friend of mine was so impressed with the service she actually went down to the scooter Palace and purchased a scooter with in the hour that day. 😉. Let's not forget about Cheryl, Phil's wife, she is so efficient with the paperwork, all you have to do is just hand the person at the D M V the paperwork that she gave you, and not a word more. Wow that's awesome. Not to mention they will register it for you. I could go on for days about the scooter Palace, but I'll leave you with this...check it out and see it for yourself you won't be disappointed I promise you.

Here it is 2024 and I'm now going back to see Cheryl and Phil for my brand new 2024 Lance Cabo 200i. I'm so so glad I listened to Phil when he said you better put a deposit down in 2023 because when the shipment comes in they go quick. I'm glad I did because wouldn't you know all but one was sold on his last shipment of 2024 200i Cabos. I'm so glad he has mine. Anyway I should have listened to him when he said... "Bob, that bike isn't going to be fast enough for you when I bought my first 2021 Roguestar 50... Scooter Palace is awesome. Great folks who got me feeling comfortable with riding a scooter for the first time. They spent a lot of time answering all my questions. Delivery was smooth. I love my Lance Havanah Classic 50!

Phil was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work, and patient with all of my questions :) They have a huge selection of scooters and accessories! I could not be happier with my scooter and feel grateful to have found such a great scoot connection!

Phil and Cheryl are THE BEST! Great selection fair prices - very informative. Cheryl filled out all the registration paperwork (and offered to register it though I already have a reg appt) My son and I have our New Scootstar all set for summer!

I was on the fence about getting a moped until I came here. They answered all my questions and felt confident buying from such good folks. They also do repairs and services so it is a one stop shop fir your motorcycle/moped. Thank you Cheryl and Bill for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended

Great place, very nice people. Just bought a roughhouse here the price was very fair. Told me that the delivery time would be in-between 6am and 7am I was very excited and hoping that it would be closer to 6am they came at 610am I was very happy they came so early and also had a temp tag for me temp registration a full tank of gas and an extra quart of 2stroke oil. I highly recommend this place!!

My husband and I are thrilled with our experience purchasing a moped at Scooter Palace! From start to finish, they helped answer all of our questions and found us our perfect moped. They were flexible with payment options and delivered quickly - with a ton of detail and instruction when they brought it.

Bought two scooters from Phil in March - a Havana Classic 50 for me and a Buddy 50 for my wife. He was great to work with then and gave us a fair deal. I had a minor issue with mine. I brought it in today and Phil fixed it right then and there and sent me on my way. Great sales and great service!

I highly recommend the scooter palace to anyone who's on the market for a scooter or ATV. Phil the owner is amazing, he provides great customer service and goes above and beyond for his customers. Phil is very knowledgeable and you can trust his recommendations on scooters brands. I truly appreciate the scooter palace, I look forward to purchasing again the future, when I'm ready to upgrade.

I can't thank Phil and Seth enough for their help with my 86 Honda Spree. They basically did us a favor by looking at it...sat in a backyard in Seattle for a decade, the thing was roached out. I don't think they work on scooters that old as a general rule, but the guys are helpful and accommodating. They put a ton of man hours into the scooter for me and now it's back from the dead...starts right up and runs (I'm assuming) as well as it ever did. While there, we also bought a helmet for the wife and looked at the new Honey scooters....$1300 brand new...not a bad deal. I'll definitely use these guys in the future.

Just a great place to do business. They do exactly what they promise without delays. What a relief from trying to use the Newport Scooter Company where a $100 estimate became $450 when you went to pick it up. This is a first class operation.

Dropped off scooter on Saturday for repairs and Phil called me Wednesday finished with repairs and was ready for pickup, gave me a breakdown over the phone of repairs, great price for repairs. I really appreciated the service I was given.

Excellent service , great quality everything really , bought a electric bicycle very reasonable price . Used it today and it was very impressive , nice thing to have to get to and from and travel long distances. Philip Deducca was very helpful and was able to help meet my needs as far as finding the right machine for me , will return again I've herd of the taotao brand before along time ago with motocross racing and never really knew how big they actually are , they make excellent machines and can't wait to pick up some dirtbikes and quads for some family members.

Super amazing experience. Great friendly people to do business with. Reasonably priced with warrenty!!! And so much fun to ride. I'm also a first time rider and they answered evry question I had. Will buy another one in the future

The Scooter Palace is Top Notch! Phil and Seth are knowledgable, responsive and honest. Last year we bought a Tautao 50cc from them and their service was outstanding. This year we bought a Genuine Buddy 50 (a lot more $$ but a much better product) From product knowledge to responsive and efficient service, buying both our scooters from Scooter Palace was an excellent experience.

These guys are fantastic. Responsive and thorough in their work. They will fix it right the first time and not try to get more money out of you for their mistakes like the guy in Newport.
