Our experience at Bob's in Tempe was amazing! The store was clean and well-lit and had the items we were looking for. We'd had an unfortunate experience with a different location, so coming into this store, with friendly, knowledgeable salespeople who were attentive without being pushy was a breath of fresh air. Zach our salesperson was great at helping us find the right mattress, walking us through the process, and helping us find the right price and right fit for our budget. He was extremely helpful and flexible with our delivery date as well. The experience was so smooth, we'll likely go back for any other needs.

My roommate and I visited Bobs after deciding to purchase furniture for our living room. There were so many options online and in stores in the city but Bobs allowed us to not sacrifice style, comfort, quality and affordability. They offered many different payment options including interest free options as well as a very affordable protection plan to cover accidents for 5 years. Tina truly went above and beyond! She answered all of our questions and was immensely informed on everything relating to what Bobs had to offer. We were greeted as soon as we entered and although I had looked over the furniture online Tina knew even more about it and showed us all of the features and even some we didn’t know were there. They also offered drinks and refreshments which overall just elevated the experience. We will definitely be returning to Bobs for our future purchases!!

Zack was awsome!! He was very helpful and kind. He called the other store to see if they had other items we were looking at that the store didn't have. He had patients and tips that helped us make a better decision. I felt like he was not out to make a sale but a friend. I wish I could give 10 stars for this review, because he deserves it.

I purchased a bed at Bob’s Furniture in Tempe as a gift for my father. The entire experience was easy and straightforward. The associate helping me was incredible. She answered all my questions, and at no time did I ever feel pressured to hurry and make a decision. She helped me find the perfect mattress and set up the delivery for my dad who lives in a different city. The selection was great and the quality of the mattress is excellent! Thank you!

I had such a great experience shopping at Bob’s. I just moved into a new apartment and needed all new furniture. Abel was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend shopping here.

My husband and I really enjoy coming here. We’ve made several trips here as we slowly phase out old furniture.

We really enjoyed working with Jamie who was part of what made our experience there so memorable. We were sad and happy to hear he left but to travel the world.

This visit was we worked with Zach, a newer rep on the floor but provided stellar customer service. He sat with us and talked through what room we were working on refurnishing and helped us make the best decision to give us the look at feel we were looking for.

Bought a beautiful clearance chair at awesome price. Got it home but missing some screws and wobbly. Returned next morning and very nice found and replaced them perfectly. Love you guys!!

Crew kept us informed of their location and ETA. We live in an apartment building and security procedures which the delivery crew handled very well. Unloading was smooth, quick and efficient. Setup and explanation of operations was flawless. Crew was friendly, cheerful and courteous. I'd give a "10" rating.

The sales person was great. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions. The process was also easy - he sent me an email which created an account and when I came back to purchase the item I was looking at, it was super easy and the right person earned the commission.

Tina in sales was fantastic she found a way to work with my limited budget! She is someone to be proud of!
Delivery guys were amazing especially since they had a tight squeeze getting to the bedroom!

The salesman who sold me the couch, Rodney, was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. HIGHLY recommend him if you visit the store. Lynda was also really sweet and friendly and helped me look at dining room sets, but ultimately, I had already talked to Rodney about a couch.

The warehouse itself was clean and organized. The greeter was friendly and took our temperature and offered free hand sanitizers. I had never bought furniture before, so I brought a friend with me, and she was AMAZED by the prices. It was her reaction to the prices that made me realize how great a deal my sectional was. They also have a clearance section with even more discounted furniture, though I think these pieces were outdated or even previously used.

They offer "Goof Proof," which is a five year warranty, and white glove delivery service, both of which have fees attached to it, obviously. I got both and was STILL amazed at the price, as were all my friends and family members when I told them I finally got a couch for my new place. The pillows were also included which shocked both me and my friend.

About an hour after we left, I got a call to confirm when they could delivery the furniture, which was excellent customer service, in my opinion.

I will definitely be back because I need to furnish my new condo. The entire experience was smooth and easy, and I have zero regrets or worries.

3/2/2021 - Bob’s still 5 stars in my eyes. I see other reviews about bad deliveries and I can empathize, but that was not my experience at all. The two gentlemen came exactly when they said they would, put the couch together, fluffed up the cushions, and left within 30 minutes. I got my Bob’s card in the mail a couple weeks later and I started paying monthly installments (interest free) 30 days after the couch was delivered. My friends and family are as obsessed with the couch as I am.

I’m going back for a dining room set and will post another update to this review then to see if anything has changed.

We were welcomed when we entered by Marvin who was nice and easy going. They were not following around the store pressuring us but we’re there when we had a question. We are happy with the prices on things and quality of it all. The overall experience from the front door to the sales people to the staff in back was excellent!! Thank you Bob!!

From walking in, to walking out- every single person we encountered was amazing and friendly. I would come back and buy from this location over and over again simply because of the people that greeted us and were so friendly.

I found the store to be well organized even the "Outlet" where many deals can be found. This was my 3rd time shopping at this location and as in previous visits, the sales force was friendly, informative, and not pushy. My purchase was hassle free, handled quickly and assistance was offered to get it into my vehicle. I will consider future purchases here and I recommend this store to others.
