Felecia is an angel! She truly had the magic touch and got my new phone to finally work! She was so personable and kind and by then end I felt like I made a friend. My experience was great and the customer service was wonderful. Pete and Syd were also very helpful but Felecia was who I got to spend the most time with while fixing my tech issues and I’m so grateful!!

I had an issue with downloading some apps and went into the Verizon store in knightdale and was warmly greeted by Mariah and Syd. Both these young ladies were extremely helpful in solving the problem and they are both a credit to Verizon and this store. Thank you both for verifying why I’ve been with Verizon all these years !

I had an issue with my phone for days. I walked into the Verizon store. Pete, knew what was happening before I told him. I confirmed the issue, he fixed it and I walked out with a huge smile. He deserves a pay increase. Thank you Pete!

Felecia was absolutely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend seeing her and coming here if you have questions about switching services or the many services they offer besides phones. Well staffed and not pushy.

The service at this location is the best for service and SUPPORT. Can't beat it. I worked with two employees, Dee and Pete, and they were outstanding. Thanks guys.

I came to the store a couple of weeks ago and I must say that Ashonti was so patient and understanding of my needs. I'm not tech savvy and she helped me out tremendously! I would definitely come back to work with her directly!

Our specialist, Syd, was extremely helpful! We had a malfunctioning iPhone and she set us up with the best deal. We had difficulty backing up the phone so she let us keep the phone backing up while went for lunch. Syd went above and beyond!

The people here are wonderful! They took time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Phones are not my thing, but the employees here were patient and fixed all of my problems.

My phone got stuck and wouldn’t work. This has never happened before so I did have a minor panic attack as I use it for work. I went in hoping it wasn’t dead and I’d need to get a new phone. The gentleman there had my phone working in-under a minute. He pushed the external buttons in a specific sequence and did some “magic” lol and it was as good as new.
Maybe a routine fix for him to me it was awesome. This location has knowledgeable friendly staff. The wait was very short and the property is clean and pleasant. Highly recommend a visit here. I will be back!

Excellent customer service! I'm somewhat tech illiterate, so am always a little unsure when going in to upgrade my cellphone (and I need a lot of help and info), and Pete at Knightdale Verizon was so helpful in helping me pick a new phone and set it up. And, while I was in the store, I had some time to observe all of the staff. They were ALL very customer-service focused and friendly. Even when every member of the staff was already working closely with a customer, whenever someone new walked in, an employee would always acknowledge the newcomer and tell them how to check in and that someone would be right with them. And the politeness and smiles of all the employees was contagious! So, an experience that I was dreading, turned out to be really pleasant and successful (oh, and yes, I'm very happy with my new phone). Thank you to the staff at Knightdale Verizon!

My experience today with Malcolm and Arleathah was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and professional. My phone is working great.

I went today to get help with activating a replacement phone that I received. I was checked in and waited for a reasonable time, not too long. The store was well staffed and all team members were helping people. The real reason this Verizon deserves a five star review, however, is for the exceptional team member who helped me - Felecia was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. Not only did she quickly resolve the issue I was having with the phone but she went out of her way to be very kind and friendly when I was having a hard day. Thank you Felecia! I had a wonderful experience thanks to you and you truly made my day.

Felicia was very professional and very helpful while trying to solve my mom's issues with her new phone. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken good care of. It is very rare to get great service especially now so I must give credit when credit is due. Thank you Felicia!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley for her AMAZING customer service and care. I have been struggling to activate my phone and spent hours on the phone with the corporate team. Not only did she stay late (SORRY!) but she fought to make sure all my concerns were addressed and she had an answer from the corporate team. Ashley truly cares and is an amazing associate for Verizon. I wish the corporate team could learn about customer service from Ashley. She is amazing. Thank you for all your help!
