Metro by T-Mobile

I've been here a few times and it has always been a pleasant visit.

Today we were greeted with an employee opening the door for us. I know that's not customary. He must have been doing something in the front of the store at the time but the gesture was appreciated because he didn't have to.

Our visit was quick. They corrected what was wrong with my son's phone with friendliness, before we were sent off with a 'have a great day.'

It was a very positive experience.

I went in to get a new phone and the manager Angela was so nice and knowledgeable about the products that she sells she made it easy for me to make my purchase. I would definitely go back to this location again.

The customer service here is outstanding!! Deajha did an amazing job. Not only is she extremely polite but she answered all my questions without attitude (which is very rare to find in customer service these days) . I will definitely be switching over to Metro!

Called to see what upgrade options were available. Talked to the district manager Carmesha and she was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about products, specials, and current promotions. I will definitely keep metro for all my cellular needs and continue to use this location.

Great experience here with Laura, who helped me and my aunt with a complicated situation related to billing and automatic payments. Thanks to her patience and efforts, we were able to resolve it.

Johnny was great! It's not everyday you find a metro PC's rep that gets you in and out with full understanding of your new phone.

if you're looking for great service and great phones for a reasonable price id definitely recommend Metro by T-mobile across from popeyes on Knightdale blvd. I was tired of at&t high balling me so i heard about metro. can i just say LG Stylo 4 for free when you switch? not only that but for just 68$ a month i get unlimited 4g lte, 15gb of hotspot AND A FREE GOOGLE ONE ANDDDD Amazon prime membership? i ended paying only about 150 for everything to get started. Ive had their service for about 2 months and can say i love my phone and service, will definitely be recommending to family and friends
