I loved this location! I actually had horrible customer service at the Poyner Shopping plaza, left there frustrated with them and decided to give one more shot for assistance. I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by ALL staff, even with them assisting customers, I was made aware someone would be right with me and after less than 10 minutes I got assisted by Monica! She was excellent knowledgeable, helpful offered suggestions, support direction. I do have to go back but well be going back with pleasure

I was extremely impressed by this T-Mobile store. The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Max, Monica and AK all had a positive attitude and were willing to go above and beyond. Great experience!

I was at this store to get me new phone family plan. The store associates was so kind and professional especially Mr Franco. After few days we had some issues with the phones and when we returned. Franco treated us very well. We did appreciate their services. He even called for follow-up.

Customer service at this store was awesome! Chris was very patient and polite. Monica was extremely patient and very professional during my warranty exchange. The whole process took several days because of how much data I had to transfer. I felt bad that it was taking so long, but she assured me that it was OK and that she wanted to ensure that I got all of my data.

Despite having other customers, she made a point of checking back in with me periodically. Bit by bit, we got it done.

The process was truly a team effort. The transfer was started by Monica and picked up by Dallas on the first night after she got off. Monica then continued the process over a 3 1/2 day period, and she was assisted by AK. Great team. Great result. I might add that I was shocked at how rude some of the customers were over the three days that I sat there transferring my date. But the team continued to be professional and provide service with a smile. I'm happy to say the process is over. Although it took an unusual amount of time, I felt supported the whole time. Thanks y'all!

Ivan (Store Manager) and Chris took real good care of me. Had an issue with and order from customer service rep that gave me incorrect info. They helped correct the issue and saved me some money!! Excellent customer service and great price for multiple lines.

We had a great experience at this store yesterday. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Franco and Ethan answered every question we had. They spent a lot of time getting us setup and making sure all our stuff on old phones transfered correctly. They also took the time to help change passwords on things we had forgot the passwords too. Would highly recommend them.

After 16 years of being a loyal customer of Verizon yesterday was the day I decided I was officially done with the horrible customer service & over priced service! I’m now happily part of the t mobile family thanks to Jacquez! Jacquez was very patient the 6 hours I had to spend with him & his team members because of Verizon! Thank you for being determined to get Verizon to cooperate!!

Switching mobile providers is never something you look forward to, because it usually requires a lot of work, time and hassle. I have to give five stars to the Knightdale store staff because they made a five line family port transfer from another provider go very smoothly, without any issue, period. One of the five lines was located in St. Thomas, USVI and they worked with the T-Mobile store there to make this happen, concurrently.

I have to give all the credit to Jasmine, the store manager, Joshua and Trae. The three of them worked with my wife and I on separate visits to make this carrier switch go through. They each took the time to explain the plans, pricing and processes required to port all of the lines over. Whatever questions we had, they answered them all. My wife and I honestly enjoyed working with them and had a great time while in-store, moving things over. We do hope that we will be T-Mobile customers for quite some time, as their pricing and plans are just better than other carriers out there. Simplicity is key and T-Mobile does a great job on that aspect. As long as their coverage is good for where we need it, and it appears to be that way so far, we have no issues whatsoever with T-Mobile as our new provider!

I had an issue with my account. Went in to get it fixed the new manager Melody was amazing! She fixed my issue and took the time to explain everything to me! Great customer service.

This place is awesome. The store manger is soooo nice. Me and my sister got there right before closing because that’s the only time our busy schedule could allow. To start a new line with a thousand questions Jasmine and Ryan was so patient and informative. I wouldn’t have took my business anywhere else. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Best service in a long time. Thank you Jasmine and Ryan for your time and patience!

Sometimes the process of getting a phone or upgrading is very lengthy. We absolutely had a blast. We had great customer service and a fun time. The team here at Knightdale store was amazing 🤩

michael (I think that was his name) was incredibly cordial, flexible, attentive, and understanding. he told me I was standing too close which made me feel safe (although I felt bad for leaning in too close — lol, gotta be more aware) I was appreciative of his commitment to safety. in addition, he was extremely helpful and kind. The rest of the staff was calm, they seemed to be having fun and I really love to see workers being friends. They were all really nice. ALSO, one of the ladies asked customers to pull their mask above their nose. I love that. It’s a hard thing to do — but it’s for the better good. 5 stars for my experience today.
