My fiancé designed and purchased my engagement ring here and had a wonderful experience! I took the ring back to have it resized, and they got it back to me the next day. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Thank you Brookie and Rick Terry!!!

They go out of their way to work with their customers! They have the best people too! I won’t go anywhere else for jewelry and I don’t care that it takes almost 55 minutes for me to drive there. Rick designed my wedding rings and they are gorgeous.

Rick Terry has the most incredible staff!! After my fiancé worked with them to create my beautiful engagement ring we knew we had to stay loyal and get our wedding bands there as well! The service is stellar! Every time I’ve come in, without even asking, someone has offered to clean my ring and check the rhodium plating. I had the most wonderful experience at Rick Terry Jewelers. I brought my pear-shaped diamond and a picture of a setting that I really loved. Blake began to educate me on the process of creating a custom ring. I picked up my wedding ring today and it is absolutely beautiful. Blake is an amazing artist and he and his team created the most gorgeous wedding ring I could imagine. It is exactly like the picture. It was a wonderful experience working with Blake, Brookie & Britney. I was kept informed of the status on a regular basis. Thank you, Blake and your wonderful team. I love my ring!

I had a ring custom designed with stones I already had. From the beginning of the process until the ring was finished, it was a fun and exciting process. Blake is truly an artist and will give advice when asked, but allows you to create the look you’re hoping to achieve. I love my new ring. Went into Rick Terry Jewelry Designs for a minor watch problem. I Was greeted by a very nice young lady who was more than happy to help me. They kindly addressed my problem at no charge. Seldom do I find this professionalism anymore. Definitely will recommend this Jeweler to friends & family.

8 ring pops… 5 visits… and one beautiful ring later… I am so incredibly pleased and impressed with the service and expertise provided by the incredibly talented Rick Terry.
A little back story- my original ring was made in Denver Colorado and since getting the ring, I have always gone to the same jeweler in Denver whenever I am back visiting family.
Fast forward to now living in Knoxville and needing to find a nice jeweler in the state I live in- I went in to Rick Terry. My mother in law has gone to him so upon her recommendation I went to have my ring resized.
Rick called me personally when he ran in to some issues with the ring and was very thorough and patient in walking me through all that would need fixing. Long story short- my original jeweler in Denver was not doing great work and was cutting corners which ultimately lead to Rick’s recommendation of starting a new ring from scratch. He was very honest and left every decision up to me and was not pushy in the slightest. I very much appreciated his expertise and now I have the ring of my dreams. It took about 5 visits as he wanted everything to be perfect for me and he did not disappoint.
His staff is also so professional and kind. I have 2 young daughters and each time I would come in they would offer them a ring pop (thus the 8 ring pops previously mentioned).
Overall I am so thankful for the craftsmanship and effort into making this experience a great one. I would 1,000% recommend Rick Terry to anyone.

Friendly & helpful staff!! Lovely store and products!! I took my rings to this store for stone replacement and a refurbish and the results are just beautiful!! So pleased!! Best jeweler I have ever been to. They did an excellent job of communicating, were creative, educated and created two beautiful rings for me.
