I walked in the store at 5:35 today just to price new tires. Tyler was super helpful and explained a few options and price points. I made a decision on the ones I wanted and asked when I needed to come back for installation. He said they could do it right now!! I was shocked that they were willing to do that 5 minutes before closing time. They put 4 new tires on in less than 15 minutes!! I truly believe they care about their customers and I will definitely recommend this store to everyone!! Amazing service and Tyler was awesome! Thanks guys! You've got a customer for life.

My dad and I traveled 15 hours from Massachusetts and ended up with a flat 5 hours away from our final destination. We didn’t have the security lock to remove the lugnut so we came here and AJ took great care of us! He had exactly what we needed and he changed the tire out right away. We were in and out in no more than 20 minutes. We almost drove away with the tailgate down until Brandon noticed and shut it for us. Amazing service, the guys were so nice!! Wish we could give it more than 5 stars. Thank you guys!!!!

I've been using Discount Tire for years. They are always consistent, honest, timely, and incredibly customer oriented. If you find yourself in need of a tire, this is the place to go. This message is for management: --> Want to tip my hat to a young guy by the name of Nathan who helped me today. Seems like good attitudes are difficult to come by these days. Apathy and disregard are a lot the norm. --> But I am here to say that this guy totally represented Discount Tire well. Good attitude. Professional. Cordial. Upbeat. It's not my business what the number is, but whatever he is being compensated he is worth every penny (and probably more). Nathan reminded me of the version of America that existed a while ago. Great experience, Colton and Ben checked me in and the installers were efficient and professional. I bought a set of Michelins for my truck, price was reasonable and I was on my way in about 30 minutes once they pulled it in. I highly recommend this Farragut location, again, clean, professional and efficient. Best tire buying experience I've ever had.

I have dealt with about 6 different tire shops around here and they absolutely destroy the competition! Service, quality products, wait time, efficiency and down right just nice people! Tyler and the team took great care of me. I was on my way from Indiana to Florida and had to make an unexpected stop due to a serious wobble in my little RV. I had taken the RV in last year for a rotation and a new spare as mine was original...2000! I was able to add road hazard on the existing tires and I am so glad I did. I had a text book radial separation and it was covered with the road hazard. Yeahhhhhh!
I was back on the road within an hour and a half for $25...the cost to add road hazard to the new tire.

Very pleased with the services at this location! The employees are friendly and helpful. Ordered a set of tires and when one came from the manufacturer with a defect this store put on a new loaner until they could get a replacement. Exceptional customer care!!

We have been using this location for over 6 years and we have always had the best service, friendliest staff and delivery times.
They are swamped sometimes but longest I've ever waited was about 10min.

These guys saved my vacation! We got 3 hours down the road and for some reason my driver front tire was losing PSI at random. They submerged my tire, took the wheel off, and still couldn’t find the issue. We believe it was a valve, however I needed a custom 35 22 12.5 recon grappler. I called every tire shop in the area and the discount tire 5 miles down the road had one! On a Saturday at that. If they didn’t, we would of been stuck until the following Monday. Thank you Discount Tire for saving our vacation!

I needed new tires for my Stinger GT2 and I had done some research and when I went in I was greeted and helped right away...I was given a few choices and a recommendation on what would be best for my car. I was very pleased with everything.

Update: I just put on a new set of tires and I just want to say that their customer service is the best! They set the standard for knowledge and service !

I will forever do business with Discount tire. Got 2 tires replaced while in Birmingham AL on a Saturday. Sunday was making the trip back to Knoxville TN when I ran over something while on the interstate. Took my car in on that Tuesday. The Salesperson (Conner) went above and beyond and I am highly satisfied with the way this company has treated me and my family. A big shout out to the Knoxville (Farragut) and the Alabama (Birmingham) stores!

ABSOLUTELY STELLAR SERVICE! I bought some 37 inch tires for my Jeep from this location. I started having some issues with the tires at around 1000 miles and I reached out to the store manager, Jim. Without any hesitation, he cross rotated and balanced my tires (yes, he was out there doing the work himself). When that didn't solve the problem, Jim ordered me a new set of tires, and got them installed all in the same day! If you want great customer service before AND after the sale, go here.

Truly the kindest, most helpful people. I love that their tires are so afforable as well. I've now been here 3 times, once to get new tires, once because i had some damage to one of my tires that they inspected for me, and another time because of a screw in my tire. When I found the screw in my tire, they let me come in without an appointment and patched my tire for me within about an hour and a half (which I feel isn't too crazy of a wait time, there were about 5 or 6 people in line ahead of me). They also aired up all my tires without me asking; I'd noticed my front two tires needed some air since we had a cold snap a couple weeks ago but hadn't gotten to it yet. Genuinely such helpful and polite people. I'll definitely be a very happy long time customer. Thank you guys!

I can't say enough good things about this location! First, I shopped around and they gave me the best price on the tires I wanted. Michelin CrossClimate2.

Second, when I had the tires rotated, I got a vibration from the front left tire. It took a couple of visits to get to the bottom of it, but they treated my problem with the upmost attention and got it fixed! Jim, Conner, and Zack, I can't thank you enough for taking the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, AND to get my vehicle back to a perfectly smooth ride!

Can not rate highly enough. Conner and Scott were so great to work with, and got me in right at closing time. They checked my tires, patched them up, and got me back on the road in no time - and at no cost to me! Thank you guys so much!!
