Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

To tell you the truth when I think about grabbing a burger I usually don't think of dairy queen but this visit changed my mind. The food was very hot and fresh and the guy working up front was very nice. Best burger I have had in a long time. We will definitely be back and probably my new normal place to " just grab a burger somewhere"

We waited 25 minutes in the drive through listening to them have an entire conversation with the headset on unaware we were at the speaker . We finally pulled up after being ignored just for our order to be incorrect . I’m having to wait for my order to be fixed while I’m able to hear the girl working the window complain about remaking my order and starting at a disgusting kitchen .

They were about to close so we weren't able to get food but we were able to get some ice cream . Which was awesome . The lady we had through the drive through was very nice and even joked around with us. She could probably use a raise .

Typical DQ. Food was great. Establishment was clean! Cleanest Dairy Queen I've ever been in. Got a free dilly bar from a survey on the receipt. Got the Cherry. Smells just like Cherry almond hand soap, even tasted like it smelled. Next time I'll get the chocolate.

I enjoy their brazier-type of fast food. A cool older word for grill, "brazier", brings me back to my childhood in the 1970's.

Blizzards here at much faster service than the other Knoxville Location by the Uhaul!

I came here on my lunch break 5/20/23 Raniyah was the delightful person who took my order. She’s was absolutely radiant! She exudes the best energy! She was so sweet and kind you couldn’t help but smile in her presence! People like that deserve recognition! Dairy Queen give that girl a raise!!!

The browniest of brownie batters - even blended not battered.

Friendly staff, food was cooked to order with no issues. We were there late so very few customers in the building but the staff stayed busy and checked in on us often. Great experience overall.

Dairy Queen hal the best strawberry sundaes and their fries and chicken are always crispy and never overly oily like they've been trying to keep them from drying out because they've been waiting to be served for a few hours. Their $7 Chicken Basket Combo is a favorite of mine and getting chicken strips, fries, a soda and a strawberry sundae for less than a big mac and a soda is an amazing value and a great meal! Their food is crispy and excellently cooked, the chicken is always moist without being overly greasy from attempts to keep it from drying out and their fries are the crispiest and most consistently well cooked around. 🏍🖖🏻🏍

Very nice service. I just got a vanilla ice cream cone but oh so creamy!

DQ will always hold a special place in my heart. The burgers and ice cream are delicious, too.
The staff are friendly, helpful and patient.

My 5 stars for this location goes to Liv! She was working the front counter by herself while high school football game was going on across the street and she was trying so hard, had a huge crowd of people in front of her while taking orders, making ice creams, boxing orders, and still had a smile on her face and even remembered to flip the blizzards upside down to each customer! I'd give her 100 stars if I could! Such a hardworking chick! Great Job Liv!

Brought my daughter in for her first Blizzard, and Xavier waited on us. He was exceptionally friendly and helped my daughter pick out a flavor.

His welcoming atitude and above and beyond service will be a factor (along with the clean dining area and good food) for my return.

Nice clean place with friendly service and VG ice cream selection.

Long line around the building but it moved fairly fast. The service was great and the Blizzards were perfect 👍

The ice cream here is great, but the food... not so much. If your looking for a decent lunch, pass on this place. UPDATE- I have since revisited this location and my food was fresh and delicious! Perhaps my first time here was a fluke. I'll definitely be back soon for the rubber match!

Packed, when i say packed i mean the drive thru was packed all the way to the road and then some. It took about 30 min for us to get to place our order but its worth it. The staff and ice cream were amazing. Good job dairy queen.

Haven't personally eaten anything other than ice cream at this location but it offers a great selection of fast food. On this day it was very busy and very slow!! The employees somehow managed to stay pleasant amid a few unhappy patrons. My husband and I both had the Summer Berry Cheesecake blast which was very good.
