Visited Floor and Decor today looking for the perfect tile for our new build. We found what we liked but needed help matching the accent tile. We talked to Regan and she shared her ideas and helped us picked out the perfect accent tile. We shopped around a bit more and I went back to her to ask her opinion on one more thing and she was happy to oblige. She was friendly and so willing to help. Good help goes unrecognized most times but she deserves the recognition.

The red head girl that works there is always so helpful, I watched them call for 4 other people and she was the only one willing to help. She helped us pick our tile, find our grout and loaded our stuff. She knew the answers to all out questions. She definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond to make us feel appreciated as a customer. Would highly recommend to go and ask for her help.

The selection is great, staff is friendly and Schluter system pieces are cheaper. I love it. In fact i come from over an hour away at times to stop here.

Had everything in stock we wanted and assisted us in loading the tile. Designer service was worth more that 5 stars. Margaret, was super helpful and informative. We purchased tile for entrance and shower. Stone veneer tile for fireplace and LVP for decorative walls and ceiling. Back splash gets installed next.

This store has an awesome selection and very affordable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Management of the store was very helpful and friendly and showed great customer service. Thank you, Lisa Allen

We are remodeling two baths and our kitchen Margaret B. was amazing !
She took her time to explain what the advantage or disadvantage of each tile was She knows her stuff and the products in the store.

I'm a weekend DIY guy and usually just go to HD or Lowes for everything but stumbled across this place when I took on a recent shower job. Love it! Very knowledgeable staff that take the time to really explain things. Good quality products and their inventory does overlap with HD, they had lower prices.

My husband and I went to pick out tile for our bathroom remodel. I say we were overwhelmed with the amount of choices is a huge understatement! But thankfully, Reagan jumped in and seriously saved the day! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The other employees were very friendly as well. We will definitely be back when it comes time to do our other remodeling!

First time getting something here but everything was great. Got some floors and tiles. Had some extra left, brought it back and got a refund with no issues.

Jacob in the wood floor department is phenomenal! The first day he patiently assisted us to narrow down our search. Although the store did not have enough in stock, he found some for us at a different location. The next day he helped us order it and secure our purchase. It was a bit tricky because we needed to get the limited quantity at the other store off the floor so it wouldn’t disappear before we drove 3 hours to pick up our dream flooring. In Kennesaw, the team at the customer pickup station was wonderful and careful with our load. Thanks so much for the great experience and prices too!

Oh I love this place! And we had a lot of questions answered and got information for the 3rd party installation company you guys are partnered with. Thank you. We recently purchased a home and cant wait to remodel.

A wonderful staff! Always so helpful. A big shout out to John b. A great guy. He helped me out immensely after I had shoulder surgery and got me to my car with all of my tile and all of the extras. It's great to know if you are a senior you can count on floor and decor to take care of you from the shopping to the car.

There are many different styles and types of tile, stone, and wood to choose from. For the first time today, we used a style consultant who helped us select coordinating tile for our bathroom. He listened to what we liked and wanted. Also, we were able to leave everything for our contractor to pick up. This really saved our backs.

Found the perfect backsplash tile to replace the junk that was put up by the former owner. All the supplies we needed were there and reasonably priced too!

I've done a lot of business with Floor & Decor, for an individual that is. I'm not a contractor. I did a bathroom remodel, replaced my home's second floor carpet with Luxury Vinyl Plank, and am about to finish that job by doing the stairs in the LVP. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. I had a unique problem with some waaay out-of-date tile caulk I bought there. I applied it and it was a sticky, gooey mess. They responded to my problem with amazing openness and professionalism. The problem was completely resolved to my total satisfaction thanks to their staff. I recommend this store very highly for carpet, tile, and all other flooring projects. They really care that your project is the best it can be, and their prices and quality/expertise of service are better than the big blue and orange box stores nearby.

I went with my aunt to get tile for her fireplace. We had a very sweet guy offer to help us and even loaded the tile in her car. I would recommend this place to anyone.
