The staff here were amazing! Jamie helped my friends and I get our measurements to try on some suits. John made sure we got the whole ensemble down with great advice on what pieces go together. Amazing experience!

Tyler and his entire staff at this location are amazing! Tyler sized me and helped me pick out the suits for my wedding party. He was extremely generous and patient. He went above and beyond to help us any which way he could. I highly recommend going to this location. Thank you Tyler and the entire staff and men’s warehouse!

I have never needed to rent a suit for anything before or go here for anything. I had no idea what I was doing. They were very helpful here and made things as simple and smooth as possible. Shout out to Ben and Nick for making things very easy for me! You guys rock!

I've been here a few times for weddings and such, and this place is always welcoming. John, think he is the store manager, saved me from a long commute to get fitted today, and I was able to relay those measurements to another mom & pop shop for fitting. He welcomed me even though I wasn't a customer. Good place, great guy.

I came in last minute for a wedding I had this weekend. I met with Tyler and he was SO helpful! Very professional and knowledgeable and found me exactly what I needed in a time efficient manner. It is hard to come across good service nowadays, so I felt the need to recognize him! Highly recommend and I will be back to see him in the future!

Five star service all around. I went in there blind, needing a complete suit for an interview, and wedding(not having previously been suit shopping). John guided me through the whole process, and was able to help me with measurements, and everything needed from shoes all the way up to tie. Would highly recommend.

In mid-December, I purchased and got a tuxedo shirt tailored at a Men's Wearhouse in the city for my wedding. The tailored fit was great and I took it home.

But when I was trying on my whole tux outfit a week before my wedding I realized the seams of the alterations had loose threads running throughout the whole seam! (I was concentrated on the fit and the threads must have blended in at the store!) I realize this in Long Island on Christmas Day and had to wait till the next day to call to resolve the problem. I called the original store in the city on Saturday and they said any local LI store could help. I called multiple stores on LI and none had a tailor until Monday.

All the LI stores were professional and really courteous, but John, the manager, at this location was the best! He was super helpful, assured me they would get the job done right, and seemed to understand the importance of providing excellent customer service when it really matters!

My shirt was fixed and the wedding went smoothly! If I lived in LI, this would be the only Men's Wearhouse I would patron! Thanks to John and his tailor!

My sales person name was Tyler, he was an excellent assistant to have pick out my suit. I now have a new suit for a wedding we have coming up, along with 3 shirts, 2 ties and 2 pocket scarfs. My wife is very happy with my selection also. Alterations will be completed by the end of the week. A++

I needed an evening suit for my wedding. Admittedly I can be a p.i.t.a. and very meticulous in what I want. These guys took their time and explained the various options/styles available to me, double checked my measurements and were patient and professional throughout. I unfortunately did not get the same service from another MW location, but I left this location very confident and happy. I highly recommend this store.

I've used Men's Warehouse in the past to rent Tuxedos for events, and they've been pretty good. However, this time around, I needed to purchase my first suit, since I'll be looking for a job in the coming months. The experience went better than I thought it would, and the manager that took care of me did a great job of answering the million silly questions my fiancee and I had. In the end, the experience was a great one, and the custom-fit suit I ordered was perfect. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Friendly and exceedingly helpful staff, they even took the initiative to steam my shirt for me since I mentioned I needed the shirt for the same day. Highly recommend.

Tyler, our salesperson was excellent!!! He was patient, attentive and very informative about my choice of suit and guiding mebb Beto the right cut and style for me. I was so impressed, I called my son and he came in a few minutes later and bought a suit with the help of Tyler’s expert advice too!

I get a lot of clothes there and their service is always excellent. Plus the added advantage that they will Taylor your purchases to your actual fit. Priceless.

Rented my wedding suit from there. I wanted something rather specific within budget and they provided it to perfection and helped me figure out some details to provide a great solution. Despite issues with getting wedding party there they still managed to with different stores get my men into the perfect suits as per details provided. All my men looked really snazzy.

Highly recommend this Men's Wearhouse. Frankie and the tailor, Ali, went above and beyond to make my groomsman suit fit beautifully. They turned a 46r into a 48r within 4 days and it I could not be happier. Thanks again guys. Outstanding work!!

A big thank you to Franky for going above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. I came in with my partner to get his shirt tailored from earlier this year that turned out wrong. We never got the chance to come in again since covid. Franky was extremely nice, quick and helpful to get us new shirt and measured to make sure the tailor gets it right this time. However, I came in today to pick it up and Franky quickly noticed it wasn't done right again, and assured me it would be ready within a few hours. Long story short, it started snowing and Franky ended up dropping it off to my home after his shift due to the inconvenience. He exceeded my customer service expectations on another level. Although the tailor messed up like three times, we would still go back just for Franky. We look forward to going back soon to buy a custom suit from him. If Franky isn't already the manager, he needs to be promoted ASAP. Now this is amazing customer service!

Matt was super knowledgeable and helped us find a suit for my brother's wedding. We were in and out in about 20 minutes and got everything we needed! Highly recommend!

I've been going to this Men's Wearhouse for over 4 years. The people that work here know me by name. I've had nothing but great experiences here. I most often meet with Justin, but John and Dom have helped me also. I've purchased probably 6-8 suits from here over the years, 1 of them custom as well as jeans, shoes, dress shirts and casual shirts. Awesome customer service, I send all my friends and family members here.
