Papa Johns Pizza

Been to this business several times as a customer and while door dashing, and have always had the same result...this place is rocking it! The young female assistant manager that Ive seen there, for most of my visits, is an asset to this company! Very good customer service skills and also knows how to make good food! I will be back for more! Haha!

Love Papa Johns have always had an amazing experience every time I’ve ordered! The weather was cold tonight and the food was hot and delicious! The cookie desert was soft and yummy! Our delivery person was so polite and did an amazing job getting here fast! Thank you PAPA JOHNS!!!

I placed an order and upon arrival the delivery man stated that they didn't cut the pizza into squares as I requested. He sincerely apologized and stated that he brought some extra garlic sauces to help the situation. He stated that it was going to be very busy soon and a new order being placed would take a long time. I admire the drivers honesty and professionalism. He reassured me that even though it wasn't cut into squares it was indeed well done as requested. I immediately called this store to commend their customer service. I recommend this PJ to all!

Had ordered pizza and chicken bites before leaving for work. Very hot and delicious when it arrived. Hadn’t experienced the “No Contact Delivery” before and the driver made me laugh as I opened the door and saw him hop back about 3 feet and smile. I laughed because he actually landed on my walkway and not the grass. My order was placed on his delivery carrier. He was courteous and thanked me and wished me a good evening. Not all delivery drivers smile nor say anything.

The manager use to be a manager at a previous Papa John's we went to in Sioux Falls. We always told him if we were in the neighborhood we would pop in for some food since our son has severe food allergies to milk and eggs and they accommodate him well. When my husband walked in, he instantly greeted him and asked how our son has been with everything he is going through. They always help us get the best deal for our money since we normally have to order extra since the pizzas and other food cannot be cross contaminated. Before leaving to run a few errands, we were asked how our "regular" store has been treating us just to make sure we have been getting the service to his standard. Once we returned to grab our items, we were told the regional manager(who we have had many dealings with due to outstanding service) said hi to us and was glad to hear things are going good for us. If you are looking for a large chain pizza place with small town values that treats you like family, this is the place to go. I cannot mention how many times they have gone above and beyond for us.

ive had a super long excruciating 48hrs so when my food was delivered tonight - it was perfect. fast delivery. hot & fresh.
they sent xtra napkins & a cpl plates.
hassle free. such a relief & i really do appreciate it. thank u.

pizza is as good as always. arrived in about 45 minutes like they said. was a little below fresh pizza temperature by time of arrival but that is okay since i ordered from North Souix City and they are located in Souix city. so no big deal. Heads up- 17 for a small supreme pizza including delivery and 20 including tip.

Seriously such an amazing place! I placed a late night order right before close and they were so kind and said they would bring me my pizza still I'm amazed by there kindness thank you so much for being amazing and helping me get some yummy food!

Just ordered pizza and those garlic breadsticks for delivery tonight. Pizza was a lot better than the jacks I had the other day. Shout out to Kenny for delivering it, should get the man a raise. #ThankstothePapa

The new Philly cheesesteak pizza is soooo good, best philly pizza ever. The meatball pepperoni pizza was also super tasty!
