I’m always indecisive and terrible at styling myself with jeans. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and explore other looks, definitely found the perfect people to assist! Michael, Angelica, and Jasmine are phenomenal! So approachable and kind. They all provided many amazing options and great input! They were honest and reassuring. I left confident and excited! This is definitely the Buckle to shop at!

The level of customer service at this Buckle is incredible. Michael has been my sales person twice and is extremely knowledgeable, relatable and friendly! The jeans are great too! But honestly, I will continue to purchase from Buckle WC because of the service!

Kazi at this store helped me locate some shoes I wanted. She even went as far as giving me two stores contacts! Appreciate that level of customer service !!!! Keep doing what you’re doing buckle the people you keep employed speaks volumes!

School clothes shopping HQ!! We love Buckle.. I've been shopping there since high school and now, my son is shopping there as well. We particularly love the Wiregrass location! The apparel is high quality, stock is full, store is clean and the staff is super friendly! The manager is almost always front and center in the store and genuinely cares about her customers. Brianna helped us tremendously with her knowledge and skill. She made our school clothes shopping experience bearable and fun!

Workers really took their time in making sure I found perfectly fitted jeans. Unlike other Buckles I've been to, these team members didn't pressure me into buying clothes I didn't like or didn't feel were my style. They were genuinely helpful. And the style clothing at this location is far better than the other nearby malls.

Jazzmine (I hope I spelled that right) was awesome, amazing with helping my little sister pick out a pair of jeans. Love the energy, appreciate it y'all!

Love Love Love this store!!! I've been shopping here for over 10 years and the customer service is top notch!!! From the manager to the employees, everyone is so welcoming and helpful but not in a pushy way at all. I also enjoy shopping here because the staff makes you feel like family!! All....literally all of the employees at this Buckle are super amazing. I love shopping with Jamie, the manager and have been doing so for about 6 years now. I’m never disappointed and if I have a weird day where I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought that, they are always pleasant and helpful with returns. I recently got to do a shopping appointment with Tucker, and you’d think he’s a guy....what does he know about putting me together but this guy does his homework! He was so much fun! He’s my new besty at the store and we will have many more shopping adventures in the future. Love the store, love the staff, always 150% amazing.....and I don’t even need clothes. Lol!

Always a great experience at this Buckle at Wiregrass. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Continuous flow of new merchandise every time I come to the store. Great selection of products, large floor space and room to move around. All of which are a huge plus. Great management. Keep up the good work.

Great store for men and women alike! If your into the Lucky brand of clothing this will be your style as well. Great assortment also have other brands as well including Salt Life and Billa Bong!

Chantel/shantel i don’t know how to spell it but she was great and friendly and made me feel comfortable when I did not even want to walk in there. She is definitely the reason I will shop at this location again.

Stephanie and her crew were all over it again today, such a great place to shop they are so friendly and helpful, always have the latest up-to-date Fashion Wear, and they pointed out today as I had my grandchildren with me, that they have children's clothes also!
