AT&T Store

Sam the store manager was amazing and helped me so much! He was extremely friendly and welcomed me into the store with a warm welcome. He helped me find a new phone for my boyfriend and made the switch quick, easy and simple. I’ve been to many other AT&T stores and I feel that this was the best costumer service I have had ever.

The gentleman that assisted me this morning was very helpful at the Green Rd. location. I didn't get his name, but he straightened out my phone and enhanced the boldness which makes it easier for me to see and view all my apps and manage them.

GREAT Customer Service!! Went in to the South Euclid store today with a complex order issue and manager Kyle was OUTSTANDING!! Listened to the issues and concerns which occurred and was able to fix the problems and even assisted and fixed an issue with another phone line. Granted the process took a very long time to rectify, but in the end it was TOTALLY done to everyone’s satisfaction. Wish all businesses had this level of customer service!!

Great customer service, Bryce was very helpful and answered all my questions with diligence, and overall just a great atmosphere in the store. Would highly recommend a friend or family to go here when setting up plans!!

Great service and great store was very satisfied

I had such a PLEASANT experience with the help from Sakeya yesterday. I’m new to the Ohio area coming all the way from California, and was having issues with my phone calls constantly dropping. Sakeya was very helpful and friendly, and gave me the information needed in case I came across more problems. Also, her co worker Kevin was very nice as well! If I ever needed to come back to AT&T, I would feel comfortable coming back to this location, especially if those two great employees are there.

I came to this location on 04/27/23 due to network issues that I was having with my phone. I was greeted by Sakeya who had a beautiful smile and a warm and welcoming disposition. A short while later, Kevin arrived and serviced my phone. He was a true professional and it was evident that he was skilled at his craft. I felt like he really took the time to fully investigate my issue. Both Sakeya and Kevin made my trip to the store pleasant and easy. Thank you both!

My family and I have been happy AT&T customers for several years and have spent a lot of time at this store working with Dominique. Aside from the great phone service, I want to shout out Dominique for being a TOP NOTCH customer service representative. He has helped us for years, selecting plans that fit our needs, upgrading our phones and plans, and navigating billing issues. Although sometimes I feel like I pester him with phone calls and questions, Dominique has always been patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a new cell phone provider or an upgrade on your service please go see Dominique on Mayfield Rd. He is the best!

It's been a very long time since I've received such exceptional service. Sam not only greeted me when I walked in - which retailers rarely do these day - he listened to my concerns, resolved them promptly, and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome and my service, all while providing others with the same great experience. It doesn't get much better. Clone the man and spread across all stores.

This store has top notch employees.... I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on my visit on Monday April 10th 2017. She helped me and my Mom to the fullest. We were there to make a Phone upgrade for myself and a new easier to use cell phone for my Mom. She took on the task with both feet. She was friendly, Knowledgeable, and most of all very professional. Thank you AT&T for hiring a great sales associate. She should be a Asset to the AT&T Brand for many ,many years to come.

Dominique was great. LIKE, THE BEST. I don't understand bad reviews on here. Staff is great, they spent lots of time getting me right equipment and services. Got me discounts and rebates. Went over everything with me VERY PATIENTLY about 10 times so I understood it all. Let my kids play with store equipment to keep them occupied and happy while I had my service switched and my new devices initialized. I have never had a better experience at a mobile atore. EVER.
