So with this Memorial Weekend holiday and my traveling as in driving I was extremely exhausted 🥱 and the gas station next door did not have any fresh coffee made (it was farely late after 12 am) and so being famished I stopped at Wendy’s next door to the gas station. After driving all day long almost 10 hours straight I was greeted in the drive through with a most pleasant voice & a smile which I swear this youthful gorgeous young lady named Christine was an Angel in disguise! She was super patient with me/ kind/ caring and just so sweet as I was very exhausted and out of it from the long drive! I told her sorry I was exhausted from long drive and just needed a coffee badly. She actually went as far as to offer when about to close her restaurant to make a new pot of coffee stating it would only take 2 minutes and it would be her pleasure! Wow she is the true definition of someone who is a not only decent young lady but also a difference (refreshing) from other people I’ve encountered in any drive through late night at closing time! I insisted it wasn’t necessary so she then offered me a cold brew and insisted that it was no problem 😉 at all! God Bless you Christine! You may have saved my life! I appreciate and love her spirit and soul just a one of kind Angel 👼🏽🩷🙌🏼👏🏼🫶🏻🙏🏼👀🙇🏻‍♀ Thank You Again and Christine deserves a raise of pay for just being her! 🙏🏼❤🥰

The restaurant was very clean and quiet inside. Yes, the employees were working, but it was done so efficiently. The cashier 'Christina' helped me with my order. She was nice and spoke to every customer that came inside. The food was good and hot. No issues, just good vibes.

I live in NH so i will probably never go there again but it was the most yummy wendys i have had, they got my order perfect and the food was hot and the nuggets were crispy, also, shout out to you guys for putting loads of bacon on my baked potato i appriciated that alot.

The food was just as good as always! But my best friend and I both agreed the young man at the register (who's name we forgot) was wonderful! He was polite and kind and detailed in our order making sure we got exactly what we wanted! That boy deserves a raise. Best service we've ever had anywhere for fast food.

They didn't offer the $2 free Cristy card which entitled you to a free junior frosty every day (as many times as you want) in a calendar year. With even a combo meal being expensive (easily $10+) get the biggie bag: choice if double stack cheeseburger or chicken BLT or junior bacon cheeseburger AND fries, nuggets and drink for $5 plus tax. I just found out you can "upside" fries and drink to a large and the total (in CT) including tax is only $6.97.

EXCELLENT and efficient, friendly service and accuracy of orders. I've been there more times that I can count and they have got every single order right.

Regardless of location, always my go-to fast food place when I need a meal in a pinch or when I'm out and about like tonight and need something quick. Always great food and service. I've always customized my burgers (no bun and no ketchup) without a hitch and they always accomdate my substitutions (garden salad instead of fries). In my book, the best of the fast food restaurants hands down!

This Wendys is literally the best Wendys in RockyHill. Its my favorite Wendys in General, i actually only eat fast food from here I only ever go after 8pm, thank you to the mates at wendys Always finessing

They provided prompt, courteous service with fresh, hot food which is rare for fast food; and my special order was correct. Thanks Wendy's!

This is the only Wendy’s I go to anymore. The bacon is perfectly cooked, not like broken glass like most places, the produce is always fresh and abundant, and even when the line is long- it moves quick. The customer service is always perfect, and the lady who always says “enjoy!” When she hands you the food is adorable. I look forward to that every time I go.

Great people work here friendly staff quickly getting my order.

By far this is and was the best tasting fast food, great prices also now if the workers try to make you feel like this is and every meal will be made for just u those place will be obtained as the best selling best service fast food

Nice cashier and really friendly/smiley customers -- I almost thought about moving to this area because of these good vibes. Are most people from CT really nice or was this just some kinda special day?? Anyways -- I only stopped in to pick up a vanilla frostee and use the bathroom on my way to Boston; frostee was awesome as expected.

This location was very busy, but very clean! Staff was incredibly polite and efficient. They had a live with at least 20 people ahead of us inside, and all the tables were full, yet we only waited maybe 4 minutes. Needless to say, that was quite impressive!

Amazing spicy chicken !! same with the fries.

Marco at the front was awesome! He took extra time to help a customer who was in a wheel chair and provided us with great customer service as well. All around great guy!

The young people that served me today were very pleasant and professional. Happy to have Wendy’s so close to home. The hot chili seasoning is sooo good!

Since the Covid restrictions on everyone I have used the Wendy's app and ordered lunch for my daughter and I. Our orders have been correct and the staff we interacted with we're pleasant and professional. A picnic in my car gets us out but not exposed to the Covid virus.
