Fantastic service and friendly staff, plus the best cauliflower gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! It’s cooked in a real pizza oven too, beautifully crispy thin crust and super fast cooking time. Plus a great selection of ciders on tap, canned and bottled. Music and atmosphere are also perfect (mid 20s to 30s folks will feel right at home, plus a great bar with sports on the TVs for the 40s and up crowd that want to catch a game without the cramped-ness of some of the other nearby bars). 5 stars! This is our go-to bar every time we come to Gatlinburg now.

Gatlinburg Brewing Company was a great little spot to stop for a few beers and some food right in Gatlinburg. The beers that I tried were all fantastic. I was able to grab on of their "Beerista" coffee porters, which was quite tasty and pretty unique. I also ordered one of their New England IPAs and I thought that it was a great beer as well. They had some great tasting appetizers. I thought the pizza was pretty darn good as well. The staff was friendly and professional. The service was always quick. The prices were fair.

We started with breadsticks, then everyone got their own pizza, & the cream ale was tasty!!

Great beer and excellent wings and pizza! Tom our waiter was awesome…attentive, knowledgeable and even shared insight about the brewery’s origins. We took home some apple butter cider and an assorted local spice collection. Hope to make it back there soon.

Wide variety of local beers. The husband enjoyed that more than myself. We shared a pizza and it was the perfect size. It came out quick and was pretty good. They were super busy with a few large parties so there wasn’t a lot of places to sit. I don’t think I ever saw anyone came to service our table or ask for refills. I’m not totally sure if they even do that. You ordered at the bar when you came in.

Great location and nice setup! Beers were all flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t eat, but the pizzas all looked very good! The live music was nice to hear while we were relaxing and dodging the rain! Definitely need a return trip!

Good little brewery right in town. It was easy to walk in and get a seat and they had a wide arm of beers and a few non-beer alcoholic drinks as well.

Their Mexican Chocolate Stout was delicious, as was their NZIPA. Less of a fan of the other beers I had but that's personal taste.

It was super close to the coasters and we were starving from all the walking The pizzas, hot sticks, beer were so good that it ended our night perfectly. The waitress was hustling by herself and she still did a stellar job. The view is also a unique view of the strip with a huge glass wall window.

Amazing pizza with a nice corner view of downtown Gatlinburg. The craft beers are delicious and the pizza was priced well. So good we went twice during our stay!

Crust is exceptional and the hot sticks are delicious. Hidden gem in Gatlinburg you must try. For a beer try the epipen peanut butter stout.

The pizza tasted really good! We were impressed with this place. Service was good and staff was kind. We love how late they’re open too!

Anytime I go some place new, I always look for a craft brewery to visit. This is my 2nd or 3rd coming here. The beer is excellent. I had the Breakfast Juice. A very good IPA. Wish they had them in cans. The pizza is good and honestly not a bad price. I look forward to going again someday.

The pizza here is excellent. The cauliflower crust is one of the best my wife and I tried. The beer is decent across the board. No beers stand out tremendously but they are all quality. Staff is friendly and the location is great for people watching. Parking can be a bit of a challenge when downtown is busy as it was on Christmas Eve day.

Great brick oven pizza! Tasty Beer! The Gluten-free pizza dough tasted like a great thin crust! Nothing "Cauliflowery" about it. Nice views! Great service! Fun variety of classic musical hits!

I thought I was stopping at a small mountain town brewery... Who knew that this was at the end of a little mini Las Vegas strip lol Soooo, the location is super cool. Lots to see, lots to do... But the brewery was fantastic. I had the Philly Philly pizza which was wonderful and I did a flight of their beer and was impressed with all of them. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to tell me about the town and even suggested to drive through the Smoky Mountains to check out the town of Cherokee on my way to Asheville. Make sure you stop into this place for some beer and pizza if you're in the area.

This place was a pleasant surprise! We wanted some good pizza and draft beer and didn't want to end up in some kid themed cheap pizza place. They have a New York style gas fired pizza oven and the pizzas are 10", hand tossed crust, made to order with fresh ingredients, quality cheeses and you can order their popular pizzas or build your own. The offer beer flights of 4 beers and they change seasonally. I opted for their blanco agave tequilla margarita and it was one of the best I have tried. My wife got a salad and cheese sticks and I tried the "Dirty Hippie" vegetable pizza. Everything we tasted was amazing and this has become a must for our next trip to Gatlinburg. Staff was amazing and we are so glad we stopped in. Excellent for couples to just sit, talk and enjoy a great pizza.

They have brick oven pizza, cheese bread sticks and salads that’s about it for food and I was totally ok with that. It was the fastest and most delicious pizza and cheese bread sticks. The beer was decent nothing stood out. There was a child in the back who came out to the bar area seemed it was one of the workers child wandering around and certainly all the workers enjoyed her company but it seemed distracting to the service of the patrons. Plus the music they were playing was loud and a bit vulgar. Then the one bar back pizza guy was more concerned about doing squats than washing his hands after touching his leg hair and head before making another pizza with his bare hands.

My fiancé and I went white water rafting and our guide actually recommending GBC to eat at, afterwards. We were not disappointed! The pizzas were delicious and I appreciated that the menu gives you the ability to build your own pizza. Highly recommend to anyone that loves pizza.

I've been waiting a long time to try this place and it was well worth the wait! They had a good various assortment of brews, none of which disappointed. I personally liked the Ghost of Greenbrier, a white stout. Their Buffalo Chicken pizza was also top tier and a perfect pairing to their beers. The corn meal crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Don't forget to grab a growler or some cans of your favorite beer to go on your way out!

This is a cozy bar scene with good music and great service. We don’t usually eat at bars, but Missy & Rich raved about the entertainment & food.

I don’t recall the name of the gentleman who took our order, brought the food, and handled our check, but he was exceptional on Saturday night, 3/26/22 (we four were on the end of a table for 8, closest to the bar, in the middle section). Our friends enjoyed their beers, and we enjoyed our waters. They raved about their jalapeño pizza, and we savored our pepperoni pizza. Rich ordered wings to share, and they were so tasty!

Gypsy Moon entertained all of us. This two person band was very good. But for those interested in college basketball, 4 TVs showed the games! We know we’ll be back.
