Great experience at the dealership! I purchased a new truck from Valentine a few weeks back. The buying process was extremely smooth and I even took delivery the same day. Today, I had a giant screw stuck in my tire and they immediately helped me and fixed the tire in no time at all. Ashlyn my service advisor was amazing! Valentine saw me sitting in the waiting room and immediately came over to make sure was all was ok. I highly recommend due to amazing customer service. I could not be happier with my decision to switch back to Mercedes Benz of Smithtown!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2019 BMW x3 from Jean Cormier at Mercedes. We went there to test-drive a Mercedes, but we actually preferred the handling of the BMW, and we were so pleased to have Jean on our team--he was knowledgeable on every level, honest, responsive, accommodating, and friendly. I could not be happier with my recent service at Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown. I had a complex issue with my '21 E 450 Coupe that involved many of the safety features of the car. My service advisor Klint was outstanding and very communicative during the whole process. Since it was a complex issue it was also overseen by their extremely knowledgeable and caring service manager Rich Werner. I am now back to enjoying my car again and want to thank the whole Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown service department for taking such good care of me and my beautiful Mercedes!
