First time in here and I noticed there were plenty of shoes to pick from. There were a lot of people in there today, making it congested. The staff does their best to help us, the customers, but it could have been just a little bit more organized. The young man that helped us today was patient and helpful. Overall it was ok!

Decent selection of on cloud shoes. Went today and you could tell they were busy and it took a moment to get someone. Overall, not a bad experience and decent price on the shoes.

This place is always loud. The loudness of the music is sometimes overwhelming. I only gave 4 stars because every shoe my husband wanted, they didn't have in his size but he wears a 14 soooo🤷🏽‍♀

Stood at the shoe wall for 10 minutes, holding a shoe waiting for a size check. I watched workers casually chatting with other co workers and just kept walking past us without asking us if we needed help. Finally, a young woman approached us in the most unenthusiastic way. Unprofessional team.

Most of the staff is unprofessional

There were no less than 13 employees working and only 1 at checkout…on a Saturday…with black friday sales. That 1 checkout person must have been trying to win a bet for how slow she could move. Everything was in extreme slow motion. The only person that helped was a guy near the 1 dressing room they have. They have a nice selection but do not shop here unless you have 2 hrs to kill.

I came in to browse the shoe selection because I am home from school and wanted to get myself a new pair of new shoes. I found a pair I like and wanted to try on. I waited for a sales representative and no one came or asked if I needed anything. I came to the front register for assistance, all the workers were there standing and looking at me, but no one offered to help me. Once they realized I was looking at them, they walked away and STILL did not ask if I needed any help. I finally was helped after someone at the register was done checking out and I was brought the two sizes I wanted to try. The sales representative gave me a shoe of each size I asked for, took the boxes, left me and didn’t come back to ask how they were, my thoughts on them or to ask if I needed another size. I take note of this because I needed a smaller size and no one came to help. I waited, no one came up to me once during my entire shopping experience. I had to hunt them down like an animal. After this experience, I have no intentions of returning because of the very poor customer service that I received.

Good luck finding someone to help you in this dump store. The staff are a joke and only help certain people. If your not one of those people, they refuse to help you. Happened in the mentor store too.

The website say 12am-6pm for Sunday business hours. But the sign in the window say 11Am- 6pm for Sunday. The store wasn’t open on time the employees are all walking around sweeping the same area and on top of that they don’t have a sign up saying that they will be opening at 1pm that’s what you call bad business to have customers just waiting and some leaving

Terrible place, they backdoor all of there good product to one person, they don’t help you unless your a reseller, they sold 8 dunks in front of me then proceeded to tell me it’s one per person and it’s sold out, but of course no one is going to do anything, I do not recommend going to this store
