Peet's Coffee

Preferred mainstream coffee shop of choice, much better quality and atmosphere than something like Starbucks could ever do.

Good spot to try and relax and get some work done. Coffee still relatively good, just not as appealing to some as local freshly roasted coffee from some locations can be more tempting.

What they make up for in a (slight) lack of quality (compared to small local shops) they make up for with their large drink size options.

This particular location is also nextdoor to a Japanese&Korean restaurant for a quick bite

I just walked into Peets off Mendo and Chanate to get my coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Cant say I do it often but I needed it today and they always have the best coffee. Meanwhile I am exhausted, stressed after just having moved the day before and having just dropped my partner off for surgery at the hospital nearby I was feeling worn. I walked in melancholy and drained and the atmosphere at Peets completely changed my attitude around. It could have been a commercial it was such a lively coffee joint at 7:30 am. I was there for 2-3 minutes maybe and it made my outlook for the day so much better. Kudos to this management and team for curating such an excellent atmosphere. Thank you.

Willing to travel a distance to this Peets. Staff is informed, friendly and professional. Management is gracious and without airs of diva-ness found in some other coffee venues.

Awesome and cozy place. Spacious enough to sit and drink coffee or have breakfast. Loved the service. All the ladies are very warm and sweet. Loved the hot breakfast. We ordered Mediterranean flatbread, croissant and egg and cheese sandwich and everything was perfectly warmed and was super delicious. If your around do visit this place!!!

My best friend and I had the privilege of attending RFD's Christmas party! We flew out from Atlanta, GA. Peet's coffee was recommended by RFD! Best coffee in Sonoma and a bargaining tool!! We were heading back to the Hyatt and there was a very distraught man in the road. He started hollering at us, banging on the hood, and ranting at us. We were terrified! Megan took a sip of her coffee and his tone changed! He became happy and said is that Peet's coffee! He stopped banging on the jeep and was over at Megs window. He tried to trade his puppy for her coffee. If we knew how to get puppy and save our coffee we would have! Thankfully a gentleman in a silver Honda pulled up, rolled his window down, and distracted the Peet's coffee lover! He allowed us to get by the man. He was so kind and gave us a thumbs up at the next red-light to make sure we were okay! Should we make it back to Sonoma we shall keep Peet's coffee on hand for our consumption and to hand to crazy Peet's coffee lovers!

Super excited - they now have Ripple for one of their plant-based milks. So good!

What I experienced at Peet's coffee the other morning, was nothing shy of a busy coffee house, a well run staff, all working cohesively and happily! The camaraderie between the employees there and how that affects the customers was actually really beautiful. I waited a while for my coffee and it was worth all the wait and more. It seemed like no one cared about their phone for a minute or 10 I should say, and everyone seemed content by the energy of a really happy environment! Thought I would share that. The rest of my day went really well because of how I left feeling about humanity for those 10 minutes! Thank you ❤

Pete's coffee is great, they always have such personal service. My favorite drink is a London Fog, They make the best one in town!
It's a hot tea drink, It's like drinking Dessert, but not to sweet. In fact just writing this review is making me crave one, I've gotten go get one now.

This is the best Peet's I've been too. The staff are awesome and Sky (not sure if I spelled her name right) but she is the sweetest. The bathrooms also don't smell as bad as Starbucks. They always have a table and outlet available to study and it's overall vibe is pretty chill. Just sayin

Peets atmosphere is always pleasant and the noise is practically none existent, unlike some other coffee bars. I like the cleanliness of the sitting area, that's very important. The staff members are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.

I absolutely adore Peet's Coffee. Their sugar-free vanilla is actually *good*!! It isn't overly sweet and has no obnoxious chemical aftertaste (like *bucks). They actually have a dark chocolate mocha, which is my personal favorite.
Their rewards program doesn't feel like a MLM scam and the mobile app has a wide range of customizable options, including preset tipping percentages and the ability to pay any amount, as well as the option to use a different payment method than used for the order.
The only complaint I have is not a big deal or even with Peets: the North Santa Rosa location has a small parking lot and sometimes you have to park on the shoulder across the street.
I've been going here for years, never had a bad experience.

Great location, wonderful staff always, and plenty of seating (especially outside) if you stay. I prefer their great whole bean selections, especially the single source organic beans they bring in

I love Pete's coffee. I've been to Pete's from Gilroy to Santa Rosa. I am addicted to the Major Dickinson blend. Perfection. The quality is consistent from one shop to another. The snacks are tasty too. I can't say enough about the folks that work for Pete's. They are the reason everything is so good in the shop. Can't top em.

As always Peet's never disappoints. I noticed that all the people who were there or walking in were older... There must be a senior citizen housing near by!
