Grotto Gift Shop

Oct 2021 I was in the area and stopped by. Lots of free parking, restrooms and snack area available. You can walk the grounds, sit, pray, meditate or just enjoy the quiet. There are many chairs to sit and pray. Mass schedules are listed. The stations of the cross are almost life sized and you can walk to them, through the forest, well marked, easy walk, a few small uphills which may be tougher for some seniors. I found this place very calming and spiritual.

I can not speak highly enough about the beautiful items and great prices they offer. But if you also request it to be blessed 🙌 a friendly staff member will help you. Most time same day as mass cards are filled out there also, and the Father comes to comfort those in need.

They have thousands of different items for any age group or religious occasion. From greeting cards to music, to jewelry, to devotional books, to statuettes. You can find whatever you need here. Staffed by dedicated volunteers who are knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been to Lourdes on one prior occasion. Today was my first time in the gift shop. I was amazed as to how much there was to purchase. A beautiful place. The ladies working were friendly and funny. Overall a nice atmosphere.

The Lourdes shrine has been a part of my life for over forty years and my mother still volunteers in the gift shop. You can spend an afternoon walking the stations of the cross along a path that winds through a wooded hillside, picnic at the tables set up in a grotto by a small stream, and go to an outdoor mass. The gift shop has all kinds of statues, medals, and other items. They can order stuff for you as well.

Excellent gift shop even if you aren't looking for something religious. They have many Catholic items to choose from, but also some things that would make a special gift for someone not religious.

If you need a gift for a baptism or other religious event this is a go to!. The ladies are delightful and their tag sales are always a treasure trove!
