Ulta Beauty

This is a bright, clean, and lovely store with a gracious and attentive manager and staff. I stopped in recently to see if I could return some unopened items but unfortunately could not locate my receipt. The manager, Vlada, graciously tried all of my phone numbers etc. so that she could verify my purchase and offer me the maximum refund or store credit. Her patience and kindness left me feeling like a valued guest and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Was gifted a gift card for Mothers day and had a great time spending it. I knew mostly what I was looking for and was asked a couple of times by employees if I needed any help- they're so attentive there but not at all pushy . I did need some advice about the difference between a couple of products and the lovely young woman I asked was very helpful and honest in her opinions.. I wish I had gotten her name but she had gorgeous hair with some green ends.

After searching at 7 different stores I finally found a specific type of hair gel. The ladies that helped me were incredibly nice and laughed along while I told them my fiasco of a day. In addition when asking them about products they gave me an array of different choices which were beneficial for my hair health. I loved the customer service and will definitely be back again!

Friendly and helpful staff! Great selection of products. They are not pushy, but are always there to help with any questions or show you a product. I feel like Ulta is way more friendly then other beauty stores. They have a long time customer right here!

We always have a good time at this Ulta location. Staff is helpful without being pushy. Nobody seems snobby about people buying drugstore brands. They even found the perfect mascara for me!

I went to the one on Santa Rosa Ave near Costco. Always friendly and clean and lots of travel size products. Because of COVID you can't try products on the back of your hand but they have a good return policy, just ask. I also like the Coddingtown location as well.
You can check online for the items you need to see if they are in stock at one of the stores. I find that helpful.

The check out cashier asked me for my phone number.
I asked for hers.
She said, no, so I said no.
Also, no senior or military discount.
I was picking up an item for my wife and was treated well, after I put the mask on.

I found what I was looking for quickly- a new mascara & eyelash primer. They were both exceptionally reasonably priced! Checkout was quick & easy and I was on my way. An enjoyable experience.

Always clean and welcoming. Greeted with a smile.

I feel like a kid in a candy store when I walk in here! Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places to go.

I was able to place an order online and pickup the next day. The staff is very friendly and I'm so thankful that they carry Madison Reed hair color amongst everything else.

Aside from the fact that I can't seem to find exactly the right product that works for me, the staff has been obliging in showing me what they have and offering alternatives. They are there to help and are not at all pushy.

Extremely friendly service. Lots of selection, great location. More parking than you'll ever need. I had no issues during my visit here.

Catherine at the Brow Bar is Awesome!
I was a walk-in from out of town and she took me without a problem. She did a great job on my brows, lip and chin. The Ultimate professional. Tip well, Catherine's worth it!

Jocylen for getting a hair cut is the best! She's the most gentle hairstylist I've ever met and she listens. Super good stylist.

EXCELLENT experience. Out of a LOT of #Fenty, but understandable with the recent fashion show. My daughter got lots of help doing affordable Christmas shopping!
