Great experience. Was a little shy being a man looking for a fragrance for my wife, but the cosmetologist employee "Jocelyn" made me feel at ease and helped me get what I needed...

I really like this salon. I've been there twice . Very professional at what they do, they're up with all the modern trends and very personable. And they have an incredible amount of product knowledge and the biggest thing for me they listen to what you want. Definitely going there again and scheduled my next appointment already with Becky.

I lost my phone in the store while shopping so approached Sidney to inform her about it. She was so nice and proactively reached out to the manager to help me out. She came back to me and said that the manager is just in a meeting but she will inform her soon as they are don. After 5 minutes, the manager, Rachel, talked to me and checked the security cameras immediately.

Unfortunately, I had to go because I have to finish some errands so I had to leave and the other manager, Luna, told me to call in a couple of hours to check and she assured me that she will keep it in their lost and found in case they find it.

When I called, Amy answered the phone and she told me they have not found the phone yet but it's okay because I was able to deactivate it right after I found out that I lost it.

Even if my phone was not found, I really appreciate the proactiveness and sincerity of their staff to help me out even if I have not purchased anything yet.

I highly recommend this store! Kudos to the management and staff!

Nice bright new store to help revitalize the Coddingtown mall, a welcome addition. Staff was friendly and greeted me as I entered and left. I needed advice on skin care and eye cream, and had questions about items being cruelty free and Abby qho was working the floor was able to answer all my questions.

I live in a small town with NO makeup stores at all. Since I’ve had to make frequent trips to UCSF lately (hey, thanks brain tumor!) I’ve made it a habit to stop at the Codding Town Mall on my way to my appointments.

Today I had an absolutely abysmal experience at Sephora. Tried to exchange something, got treated like absolute garbage. I didn’t wear makeup today, maybe that’s why.

I left Sephora almost in tears due to some cruel words I overheard from two employees. I went straight to Ulta and treated myself to a whole freakin bag of makeup and skincare items. The associates were SO NICE. They were helpful and kind and sweet. Thank you for turning my day around.

It was great. I got the exact color that I wanted and the haircut and style were terrific. Ask for Keneau I'm not sure if the spelling is correct on his name but you will not be disappointed.

Went to purchase specific hair care products and the store associates were very helpful with finding the best products that I needed. The recommended are excellent but kind of pricey, I believe you get what you pay for, in this instance very happy 😊

I got an amazing recommendation for a natural looking mascara by a great employee. The store was nice, clean, and everyone inside was practicing proper social distancing.

Actually had the thing my girlfriend wanted so thanks for saving me time and not making us travel far away. Customers are very neatly dressed and kind voices
