Love the speed at which they fill orders. I call and usually within half an hour I can pick up my order. In the unlikely event they do not stock what I need, it's always next day delivery. I mean early next day delivery. We are a rapid turn-a-round shop and can't wait a week or so to have steel shipped in. I have also used them for fabrication projects. They are extremely patient with customers with no knowledge about material spec. I visit regularly and have seen the owner personally show customers inventory and she is able to suggest material grade/thickness, etc based on customers enduse. I can’t say that I have seen a customer leave unhappy.

They also keep up very well with experienced customers that need quick corporate work done at a competitive price. In fact, a coworker was how I found the place for my hobby.

We had an antique brass escutcheon that needed a nice clean cut made before installation. After a quick google search I found the Metal Supermarket and couldn't be happier. The man at the front counter was very polite and helpful, and I was happily on my way within minutes. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Awesome service from the employees! I will definitely be back when the need arises. If you need small pieces they will cut it for you and you can even browse through the warehouse looking for what you need. Great business!

The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, this automatically makes you want to make your purchases with them. If by chance what you are looking for is not in their inventory then they usually can have it in a day or two and they always keep you informed on lead times.
