Outstanding service. Came after a boat tire blow out. They were able to salvage the rim and get us set up with all new tires in less than an hour. Highly recommend these guys!

I stopped in at Pomps and asked them to check the lug nuts on my tires as the car was making a horrible clunking noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, checked all of my tires right away, and fixed the problem. I was in and out in 20 minutes and they didn't even charge me for their service! What a great experience!

Got stranded hours away from home was recommended this place from.another place located 30 minutes away. I called to make sure they could accommodate because I wasn't having any luck. And thankfully they said they could help me that day. And the customer service was great and it took them like 15 minutes to get 2 new tires and we was back in the road. So thankful for them!

They get what you need done quick and at a decent price.

Pomp's was helpful and were quick to fix my son's tires after he broke the seals on his rear tires. A week later he needed an alignment and some repairs which they did same day. Staff was helpful and patient as I asked them clarifying questions. Didn't seem to charge me more than what we needed.

We had a slow leak in one of our tires, Pomp’s of Rhinelander(Dan) got us in right away and took care if the valve leak. They always do a great job at reasonable prices.

Quick service and always friendly. We didn't have to make an appointment for our winter tired to get changed out, it was first come first serve. This made it easy to just drop it off in the morning. Fair prices here.

The service here was great. The prices were equivalent to another quote but with a better tire. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Even gave me a ride to work. They did an excellent job. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

This place was so helpful when we had a tree root wedged in the undercarriage of our low riding car. They weren’t able to fix it but called around for us until they found someone who could. Exceptional and unusual service which we really appreciated because we were very far away from home.

Gary, up front at the Rhinelander location, is terrific. A real people person who is a pleasure to talk with as well as do business with. As my wife and I sat and waited for our tires to be replaced Gary repeatedly told customers that they appreciated their business in response to how thankful they were that Pomp's helped them so much. And I felt the same as these other folks. I brought in a tire of a set of 4 that I had purchased less than 2 years prior to get a 2nd opinion on whether the puncture on this tire could be repaired. Gary agreed with my first stop that it couldn't but, instead of trying to just sell me a completely new set, he offered a slightly used set of tires in a brand that I was very familiar with. And at a very very reasonable price. Another customer had decided that this set wasn't right for them in snowy conditions and bought different ones. I understand that I was fortunate that Pomp's had this replaced set in my size for sure and that they do not come with a factory warranty but I was very grateful that they offered them to me at an exceptionally fair price and did not try to profit on them a second time. My new set of tires have been great and based on the tread I expect them to last much longer than the fairly new tires I had to replace. Pomp's (Gary) took a $1000 plus situation for me and changed it into something that gave me better tires at a fraction of the price. So as many customers say, "Thanks for helping me out!" BTW, their prices to install and recycle old tires are the best around too.

Vacationing and hiking the IAT south of Rhinelander this past week. Had a slow leak in our right front tire. Dropped our truck off at Pomps and in less than 30 min they found the problem and got us on the road again. GREAT SERVICE! Friendly and knowledgeable. We would never had gotten this kind of service in our hometown!

Pomp’s came to my rescue after hours along side of HWY 8. Flat tire on an equipment trailer. The service tech, Mike was kind enough to open the store and replace 6 tires for us.

Everyone has been very friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with. The service is top notch and very fast. Prices are very reasonable and actually cheaper than Walmart with more experienced and trained professionals. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for tires and oil changes. Can't say enough good things about this place!!
