My family worked with John on our Corolla GR purchase, not only did he go above and beyond finding us the exact one, but he also went above and beyond the day we picked it up. Making sure we were welcomed, and made sure we knew every little feature of the car. Would highly recommend working with John and the team at Rhinelander Toyota!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The saleswoman was super nice and quite humorous and made us feel very comfortable and confident in our experience. We went back for accessories and she took the keys and said she'll take care of everything. Great place to shop for a car!

We had a wonderful experience buying a new vehicle at Rhinelander Toyota. Debbie was the best sales representative we have ever met. She was very polite and very knowledgeable. She spent hours answering our many questions. While test driving a vehicle, she was very patient and knew everything about the vehicle. Debbie explained and let us try out the many new features we would be using in the future. Again, when when we chose a vehicle to buy, she took the time and went through everything again.

The staff was so friendly, right down to the longtime mechanics of the dealership. And the facilities were immaculate and very inviting. We will be back again when it is time to buy a new car.

My Wife and had the most pleasant experience while purchasing a great slightly used 2017 Chevy Tahoe. Our primary contact was with Scott Brass and Kyle Lynch, both were great to work with and very attentive to our needs. During the shopping and purchasing experience we also met several other members of the sales and service staff who also made us feel special and appreciated. Kyle and Lance were a pleasure to deal with. They gave me a good deal on my trade, took care of lining up the financing for our new truck, and even delivered the new truck to our home! Both Kyle and Lance were easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make this a great purchase.

Salesman and Manager were upfront and easy to deal with. I appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics. Great service department to work with. Very accommodating and thorough. The service bays were very clean and well organized. Glenn did a great job of explaining issues and making suggestions for needed service. He was also very personable and service oriented.
