Rod and Justin were both very help as i am not from the area and alot if work was done over the phone.
They even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to get the truck. They made the whole process quick and easy. Rod also called me about half way through my 8 hour drive home to check on me and the truck to make sure all was going well.
The service was excellent by everyone I met there.
Being my first GMC ever, if they ever get any of the AT4 caps in, would love to have them send me one.

We worked with Rod to purchase a new vehicle. He was great as was everyone we dealt with. Rod has a great personality, was easy to deal with and was very low pressure which appealed to us. Great experience overall!! Spoke w/ 4 different people because they all wanted to get to the bottom of our issue. They were able to fit in an oil change & tire rotation too. We didn't buy the vehicle from Rhinelander Chevy but will for sure consider it in the future!!

I worked with Scott on the sales side and Dave for the finances. They were both fantastic. Scott was always quick to respond and had everything dialed in. Dave was efficient, and when you are at a dealership ready to buy, it's great to have the finance side getting done quick. No funny business on price. I knew exactly what to expect.

Scott Brass was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I purchased two business vehicles. A 1500 Chevy Silverado and an Equinox. The vehicles were clean, filled with gas and ready to go. The financing took very little time. I was 5 star satisfied. Highly recommend Scott!

My wife and I recently purchased a Highlander from Rhinelander Toyota and we had the pleasure of dealing with Derek who went above and beyond and really made this the best vehicle purchasing experience that we have had! This is the first time that we have not been pressured to buy an extra warranty when we said that we did not want the extra warranty they said okay and we moved on, also when we were loading the Highlander with our items we noticed that one of the tail lights was cracked as soon as we mentioned this to Derek he immediately talked to the shop and they quickly swapped a different tail light into it so that we could make it to our appointment on time. Like I mentioned before this has been the best vehicle purchasing experience that we have ever had and we will definitely be returning to Rhinelander Toyota when we decide we need a new vehicle.

Found a truck last minute and drove 3.5 hours to this dealer. Had less than one hour to buy the truck by the time I got there before closing. Everything was laid out on a silver platter. Fastest car purchase I have ever done. They were highly organized, were genuinely caring about me driving home at night etc.... their expertise was top-notch with a friendly professionalism. A few days later and I am still getting help from my sales rep (Scott Brass) for accessories and questions over text and phone. The finance person was great too. Totally different experience than the dealer in the Twin Cities who were just bland and uncaring. So happy.... the extra miles to secure the truck was worth every mile. I must add that the price beat everyone else out there at the time and was pleasantly surprised with further discounts explained to me when I got there that we didn't discuss over the phone. My trade in was a breeze too! Drove away with new plates too.... 5 stars!

Just an oil change and tire rotation on my Sierra… but what was outstanding is that they accommodated my schedule and did the work on-time and on-quote! The text video of the safety inspection was a spectacular plus! Highly recommended!!

What a phenomenal experience at the Quick Lane! Everyone is professional and courteous - found an air filter that a mouse was enjoying, which we replaced……and saved money as the tire rotation I thought I needed I did not need. I’ll be back for all of my services

My salesperson Lance was pleasant and knowledgeable! He was able to answer all my questions, and was friendly throughout the process.

The finance manager (I believe Jason) was great as well - While he offered all the warranties that you'd expect at any dealership, he was not pushy about them and didn't engage in any guilt tripping that other dealerships suffer from.

The minor issues I experienced were rectified without question, and overall this was a pleasurable buying experience! It's possible I'll be considering an upgrade to the next generation of vehicle that I purchased in a few years & Rhinelander will be kept in mind!

Highly recommend! I recently had two awful experiences attempting to purchase vehicles at two other dealerships - Kia in Duluth and Hudson Ford. Rhinelander was a completely different experience. The vehicles I was looking to test drive were parked up front and ready to go when I arrived. Once we test drove all and picked the one we wanted, they were all happy to answer all questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything on the vehicle - a quick check on alignment and brakes. Financing went quick and was explained very well. Clean and organized show room, well stocked lot, and a comfortable waiting area with a safe enclosed space for kids was appreciated. We'll absolutely be back when its time to upgrade our other truck!

I needed a belt replaced on my Yukon XL. Service was on time, very fast (finished early) and price was reasonable. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a good experience. Thank you - I’ll use them again.

The experience that my husband and I had at this dealership was absolutely unmatched in the best possible way. We worked with Debbie and Justin over the last couple of days, and their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to listen to what I wanted/needed was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It’s the first time I’ve left a dealership feeling excited about my purchase, rather than having buyers remorse or feeling like I had to clean out my bank account for something to work out. Stopped in for a concern I had with noise and vibration from my left front wheel. The service shop took my vehicle in and checked it out. All good. It may have been a caliper had hung up for a bit. They were very courteous and professional. I could not have thanked them enough for the help they gave me.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I really appreciated the 7 day return option. It gave me time to really examine the details. After accounting for everything, I had no buyers remorse and I found the right vehicle for me.

I had initially came in & met with Chuck.. he took my information & did the work to get me approved for my vehicle. He was very kind, & helpful the few times we spoke. Then I had ended up working with Kevin, when it came to actually picking up the vehicle & doing all of the paperwork. Kevin was AWESOME! He helped me to understand the things I wasn't sure about. He was very personable & made me feel very comfortable. I had some issues in the beginning with getting approved because of some information that I didn't have....but Kevin took the time to get it sorted out for me before I actually came in to their office. He was extremely helpful putting things in place, over the phone. & even nicer in person! I love my new vehicle, I've only had it about a week but so far so good!
