Bought all my new house appliances and Renee was so helpful. She also helped me with the rebates available for all these appliances. I appreciate that so much as I know she did not have to do that. I really enjoyed working with her.

My husband and I went into Furniture and Appliance Mart to view bed frames for a mattress we planned to purchase online. Adam greeted us and directed us to the mattresses. He worked with us about two hours. He explained a lot about hybrid mattresses. He was very good at answering out questions. We ended up purchasing a mattress, adjustable base and a recliner. The entire experience was very comfortable. We will be back for our next large purchases.

Shopped for a new oven/range online and contacted Furniture & Appliance Mart in Rhinelander. Had great customer service from Brandon who made sure we got what we wanted, what it would take for installation, etc. He was able to procure the item two weeks earlier than what was expected.
Installation went very quickly and smoothly. Appreciated the tracking of the delivery on the day of the event and the flexibility of the delivery staff to accommodate our plans that day despite them running ahead of schedule.
Will definitely start with them on any future appliance and furniture needs.

We were looking for a new recliner, one that was not a rocker recliner. Furniture and Appliance had a nice selection and with the help of our salesperson, Jodi, we found the perfect one for our home. The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend Furniture and Appliance Store.

Jodi Selig was extremely helpful in finding us a new bedroom set that would fit in the odd dimension's of our bedroom. She showed us several options to choose from and was very knowledgeable about everything she was selling.

Adam who we have dealt with 8 years ago when we bought our furniture the last time was glad to help us again. The fact nearly 10 years later im still seeing the same employees has to be a testimony to how well this company treats their employees. If your employees are happy the business is gonna be run better and the customers will return. Spent close to $10,000 over the past 8 years and will always take my business back to them with the treatment I have received.

Julie Was great. She greeted us when we came through the door and helped my mom pick out a bed/frame. She showed us the adjustable bed frames (not sure what they are called) and showed us the different mattress options such as purple bed, memory foam, etc. We had to leave and come back and she was more than willing to work with us that way. She explained their financing program as well and showed us the 2 protector options for the bed we purchased. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions that i had about the mattress/frame. Would highly recommend her if looking for furniture here.

Renee guided us to a great purchase decision. She has lots of practical input as well as CR data. Her style is helpful and low key. We went back to her because of how she handled a previous purchase. We'll continue to seek her out.

My family went in for all new beds for the whole family plus a couch and a rug. Peter made the experience simple, comprehensive, and we had a lot of fun making some very large purchases!! We will definitely be going back to him for any future furniture purchases. Peter gets 5 stars from us!!!!

Went to a number of furniture stores today. Peter at furniture and appliance Mart was the only one that instead of just pointing to where the tables are etc. walked with us, asked us what we were looking for and, pointed out all the table's and prices, along with sale items etc. Peter was very informative answered all our questions and made it a good experience.

We enjoy Furniture and Appliance and their on floor offerings...and purchased this past fall a wrap around L shaped six chair/sofa set up. The sales person, Julie Pence, was lovely to work with...and we took time to check out mattresses. Today, we took that dive and bought a Purple Premium 4 Hybrid mattress and frame.

Again same kind, patient treatment by Julie, and I laid on EVERY bed. Every Tempur Pedic, every Beautyrest and the various Purple mattresses. I joke, the only better thing would be to lock us in over night and wake us up in the morning. But, the terms of satisfaction are to our liking. We look forward to our new bed being delivered.

His service was excellent in every facet. His ability to guide us through the store based on our needs was second to none, and he was able to navigate any and all of our questions.

His willingness to get us in touch with the right people at the right time enabled us to make the purchases that were best for us without any additional pressure.

Finally, he is great at getting to know the customer and going on the purchasing journey with them rather than guiding based on his personal views. This is the mark of a great salesperson.

Ray and I had the best experience today with Becky Selig, sales gal at the furniture store. No pressure, very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her or any of the others that we talked too. We bought a new mattress and recliner. Prices were great. Thank you again Becky
