Menards

Huge store it's usually not busy compared to other menards I've been to. Love that it's easy to get in and out of parking lot. One associate was worthless and couldn't be bothered when we inquired about a product. But the next 2 were very helpful and we found what we were looking for. They have some great deals. Excited to go back again.

Today was a 5* day at the Rhinelander store. Kirk and Becky(?) were fantastic at helping put our 3 different costumer orders together. As a contractor, I really appreciate that kind of assistance. For a change, we got help from one of the yard team with loading drywall..... normally, we have to find a yard member for assistance, today, he found us and made life easier with the forklift - I wish I'd caught his name.

I love this place. Always stocked shelves, people working there are always friendly and helpful. If you can't find it they can order it and have multiple delivery methods. There's a reason why I always go here first.

Oh my goodness! With all the projects we have, we spend so much at Menards that I should have my paycheck direct deposited to them! Their selection and prices are good... Even on food items we occasionally purchase as we make our way through the store. Two thumbs up to Menards and glad that they're in Rhinelander where it's convenient to visit.

Shout out to Patti in electrical/light fixtures for great customer service! Menards in general has noticeably improved its customer service over the past year which has made it a much better place to shop, etc., and competitively better than Home Depot. Keep it up!

The Menards app is very handy. It allows you to check the stock at your favorite store and surrounding stores ahead of shopping. In this day and age it's nice to not have to do so much running around to find what you need. The store is always clean and the check outs move quickly. This is our go-to home improvement store.

I get a lot of grief from friends for shopping here (put our local hardware store out of business, Chinese products, marginal product quality, etc), but it has saved me much time, money and inconvenience over the years. The prices and selection are irresistible, the customer service is adequate, and some of the sales staff are knowledgeable about the products. I actually go there quite often and feel fortunate to have one so close.
Call me a fan.

Had an amazing experience tonight. Our cashier Marie caught that our caulking gun we were buying was broken! We don't live very close to menards so we appericate her keeping an eye out for broken merchandise! Also she had great customer service!

Menards saved us... we just moved to town two weeks ago and didn't realize we had no AC unit in the house. We stopped by three different stores before I realized I should call menards, they had a great quality AC unit for a great price, and they were the only place in town with the stand up units under $300 we got a great deal on a wonderful AC and we are so grateful!! We also had wonderful customer service and was able to receive 11% mail in rebate. Love this place, definitely will go back!!!

Went in to browse for a new kitchen faucet. Got a whole new sink set up for $350! Similar set up at home depot for $500. Grabbed some bones for the doggo, and milk too! Love this place!!!

Good prices and selection as always. Biggest complaint is no $ on returns only in-store credit, even with business accounts, receipts & etc.

Not crowded for black Friday, found everything we wanted and then some. Easy checkout, didn't have to wait in line. Best more relaxed shopping experience in years for Christmas shopping.

Went in to get a water heater. First guy said they can get one in 9/10/18. We needed one NOW! He waved another employee over. He worked with us for an alternative one and within 15 minutes we were out the door with with everything. All the connections parts, cutter, pex etc. The guy really knew his stuff! The first guy helped lift it in the truck and said that was my boss. Excellent service from both guys!

I like the face mask policy, personally being vulnerable to this virus whenever I walk inside a business I want to know that I'm protected.
I've always felt welcome and have had nothing but good experiences shopping here.

I was in Rhinelander this afternoon looking for a deck post base. I went out to the fencing and asked tow truck operator “inside”....building materials “hardware” .... “I’ll show you” wrong kind .show him MARKO
on my phone.....” I’ll look on my computer” ...... “come with me” ...... first place I was, about 2 ft from original tow truck operator....

Moral of the story SUPER EMPLOYEE MARKO should be rewarded for being kind, courteous, and helpful. Going a little farther to satisfy me !!!

It was easy to find the different items i wanted. Fast service att check out,which i like to see in lack of checkout every else we go. Thank you.!!!

We find Menards to have very good customer assistance and generally always find what we need.
We are especially relieved and impressed with their mask policy for all which is a powerful way to keep all our germs to ourselves. Grateful also for daily senior hours.
Menards has our longterm support.

I ordered some stuff for pickup at the Rhinelander store, picked it up 12-2-22, early afternoon, great people to work with at the pickup area!

Cashed in my Menards bucks on some necessary items today. Always a great benefit from shopping here!

I had a great experience today at Menards. I could not find an item and this very nice gentleman helped me through the store and helped get my large items in the vehicle. I saved big money too!
