Stopped for breakfast and our food was hot and Landon who took our order was so pleasant. Had a great experience :)

The Rhinelander McDonald’s has been under construction for a while when they remodeled their interior. We have started to use the drive-through as an alternative to dining in during this transition. My son is a very picky eater and it’s good to know that you can always get exactly what he wants as a side item. It’s plated well and he really enjoys the convenience of made to order options in the drive-through. I want to give a shout-out to the drive-through crew who always greets everyone with a very friendly smile and warm greeting! Keep up the excellent work.

Hard working employees hot and fresh food. I love the new cheese danish, my food came fairly quickly considering they were super busy. Love my big Macs. Ty see you again soon

2 days ago the battery in our car died. We asked a couple people for help but they wouldn't so I went inside and had to ask a staff member for help. Without hesitation, Bobby helped us jump our car immediately. It was not an easy job because the car was in an awkward place so there was a lot of moving the vehicle it wasn't just a snap of the fingers. But still he stayed out there and helped us until our car finally started. We thanked him up and down and his response was to say "if it ever happened again I would be there to help us! " There aren't that many good people around but he sure is one of the good ones. We truly appreciate your help! Bobby, If you see this please email us!

Someone took the time to lay out my nuggets

They open at 5am, close at 11pm. Breakfast ends everyday at 11am. EVERYDAY RHINELANDER. Inside dining is closed. Lobby however, is open for ORDERS ONLY. They are half staffed, and most likely down 5 from that due to COVID-19. Every worker there is overworked, exhausted and most likely someone they know just died. So please, be courteous to your local McDonalds worker, they do care about your service, mostly because they don't wanna hear you complain later. They know when your orders wrong, there's hundreds of them. Yes, they hear you at the speaker, but they're probably helping someone else. Yes the machines break constantly. Yes, there's constantly technical issues. The managers work their butts off! If your is messed up they're sorry, there's 1000 ways to mess up an order, whether it be the machines, cooks, human input error, cars swapping, or just plain handing it out wrong, things happen. Feel free to tell the staff and I'm sure they will fix it for you. Yes 1 extra sauce packet is free, after that it's .30¢. Did I miss anything?

The night shift employees at this McDonald's are the BEST McDonald's employees I've ever met! They not only went above and beyond to accommodate an entire team of high school girls soccer players with only a 10 min. heads up but did it with a smile the entire time. THANK YOU so very much from the entire Baraboo Girls Soccer Program!!!

Current staff is knocking weekday breakfast out of the park!

First time trying the app. Easy and quick. No waiting in line! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was very good.

This McDonald's has really Great Management, especially Damien. We watched him promoted as we started coming in more. He has the best attitude, is kind and makes you feel like you matter!

It's a McDonald's, what more can I say. They were courteous when ordering and the food came quickly and was hot. They still have the best fries.

Pickup a diet coke and a filet o fish for lunch line at drive thru was long but moved fairly fast
