Walgreens Pharmacy

Been going to the St. Charles Walgreens for years. Yes, at time they're understaffed, but what business isn't. I find patience is the best. When helped the employees are super nice.

This pharmacy is terrible!!! No matter what time of day you go, they are always under staffed and in the weeds. Nothing like I have ever seen anywhere else. This evening I waited for over a hour in the drive thru for them to serve 4 cars. I would have left and come back but I was boxed in between car 1 and 3. Brutal!!! We now go to the Osco pharmacy. They are amazing!! Great communication on app, never all that busy. Plenty of staff to accommodate drive up and in store orders. + they give you 20% discount coupons for every 5 prescriptions.

Waited on hold for 20 min. Where is everyone. They sent out messages, that my prescription was ready. But when i went to pick it up, it was not.. Corporate should be helping these people. More staff is needed.

So disorganized. Very understaffed. Literally piles of prescriptions in a bin with no organization. Wait and wait forever. One employee ignoring it all while the other one runs around like crazy. Twice now I had to speak up and say please can you check me out. I hate having to do that but the young man was just ignoring the whole situation and it was ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if I could , they are the reason my daughter's insurance is constantly being called because they lie and mess up what refills and prescriptions say, the manager here always thinks she can decide how medicines should be taken for a child she's never met and refuses to refill inhalers that have prescriptions. What a pain every single time . They are closest to me but I will never use them again

Walgreens pharmacy St. Charles has the absolute WORST customer service. Toddlers could offer better service. Every single experience here has been garbage, but this last one takes the cake. I waited on hold for 57 minutes and then I get a message that they took their 30 minute meal break.

Only come to this pharmacy because of my mother has to be the worst takes 20 minutes are longer in line. Currently waiting right now and it's already been 15.

This is consistently such a terrible pharmacy. They are always behind and their customer service is terrible.
