I want to convey my greatest appreciation to the Thomaston team: Richard, Danny, Scott and Lisa G.. They were dedicated, personable, kind and patient throughout the big project we had done this summer changing our old HVAC out to 10 tons of heat pumps. Now, 6 months out I can tell you they did a remarkable job, with an intricate project in a big house, both the heating and cooling works much better than it did with our archaic oil heat and a/c. They have been super responsive even when minor issues came up and corrected them quickly. I would highly recommend them, and for the record their quote came in at 35% less than Encon! Great value.

Tech Tom B. (Super hero without a cape!) was not only extremely knowledgeable of the products, but very kind and personable. He took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of my unit which is priceless information. I am truly thankful for Thomaston Comfort Control and their front office personnel. The price was affordable and reasonable, given that the issue was caused by my negligence. The service was expeditious and Tom made sure to clean up/respect the property. One of the best services I've received in a very long time! Highly recommend, especially if you're in a pinch.

Despite the financial inconvenience, I've gained significant confidence with learning my furnace "service language" 😄. Thanks, Tom & team for all of your help. I have a highly efficient gas boiler that is very high tech. I installed it myself 12 years ago and nobody could service it at the time so I had to educate myself. I had an issue recently and needed some help so I called the boiler manufacture that gave me this companies name. They sent out a young tech named Matt. He was awesome... a great communicator and very skilled at what he did. He listened to what I had to say and listened more. An awesome human being. Boiler is running great again. Thank You Matt!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason was great, courteous, and professional while servicing my furnace. Service was quick, on time, and he let me know exactly what he did before finishing up. I've been using Thomaston comfort control since I moved to town and will continue to do so.

Our company used Thomaston Comfort Control to install a new walk in cooler in one of our locations in Greenwich, CT and remove an existing cooler in our old space. They were able to come in with a quote and timeline for installation literally months faster than other vendors and more competitive pricing too. Additionally, they were by far the most professional, competent and responsive vendor we worked with on this project. Jay, our project rep, was fantastic - so communicative and knowledgeable, plus all of the team we encountered on site were very focused but still helpful (and friendly!). They seemingly worked seven days a week for us, answering emails, calls and texts at any hour or day of the week and they even collaborated with us to remove our old cooler on a Saturday to coincide with our move and took the time to label each panel and created a map for us to follow for when we reassemble in the future. When a glitch happened due to an error in our engineer's drawings, Jay found a fast solution, helped with documentation needed for our landlord and had the problem solved in less than a week. We already have additional work scheduled with them and we absolutely look forward to having them as our go to HVAC vendor for our Connecticut locations.

Jason was the technician in response to an emergency furnace repair. It's Saturday after 12pm so parts stores are closed. Jason hunted down the needed replacement part, installed it and the furnace is running. Jason was efficient, knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to get my furnace running as soon as possible. I highly recommend Jason and this business.

Jason gave our furnace its annual cleaning. He was very thorough and explained every part of what he did during the service. You could tell he enjoys his work too!

I just wanted to thank you and your team for providing amazing service even when it’s Christmas Eve. Joe came over at 12:30AM and it was 6 degrees outside! He stayed till 2AM to make sure the heat stayed working after fixing it. He even texted me the next day to make sure my family was still warm! When I was telling my neighbors about it, they were all shocked that someone came out to fix the issue at midnight on Christmas Eve. I think you will gain a few more customers :). I had my furnace cleaned in January and was very satisfied with the work that was done. Jason was the tech and was prompt, courteous and professional. Job well done!

I am a long time customer and just had a problem with my heat not responding to the thermostat. The on-call technician,Jason, returned my call almost immediately in response to a call to the answering service on a Sunday afternoon. He walked me through several diagnostics on the phone, and the furnace came on. Needless to say I am grateful I chose Thomaston Comfort as my HVAC and oil company.

Our technicians were Joe, Tom and Pete. Rob was our initial contact. This has been an amazing experience. They explained all we needed to know and have been there for our many questions. I highly recommend this company

Our leasing office had no heat. The motor had blown on the boiler. Jason came to take care of the repairs; our heat was restored within an hour..

Tim came and diagnosed the problem. He was very nice and professional. Jason came to fix the problem and was also very nice and professional. Came early too!

We had a water leak with our boiler. Technician came out and quickly diagnosed our problem. Jason was very nice!

The guys were pleasant, and asked where I wanted them start and very accomidating. Left the house clean and cleaned up after them selves. Did a great job and answered all my questions.

Called Mike at Thomaston Comfort Control yesterday afternoon because a problem with our furnace. The relief valve failed which in turned caused our furnace to fail. He sent a crew of guys out to my house and with in hours I had a new furnace, heat and hot water. We've been customers for over 15 years and every time we've had a problem, Mike was right there to take care of it. Thank you again Mike for excellent service!!
