Pam, the manager and her morning crew, are great! The afternoon and evening, AVOID, it like the plague. They're too busy on their phones and smoking outside to do anything else.

Great Dunkin! My order is usually accurate, the couple of times they've done green tea instead is lemonade for my refresher they've fixed it without issue. I usually do pickup through the app and it's always ready! Staff is very friendly as well!!

What an amazingly friendly staff! This Dunkin should be the model for all others to follow. Clean, fast service and a warm atmosphere.

This place is great, never had an issue for as long as I’ve been able to come here. Lobby rooms nice, staff is excellent and very polite, incredibly efficient in what they do. Any mistakes that may be made occasionally is most likely the customers fault, because let’s face it. Some people are just absolute tools who have no idea what they want or what they’re doing. Overall excellent place aside from the occasional customer that goes ballistic over literally nothing but an honest mistake or incredibly simple fixed thing because they aren’t smart enough to understand that the staff are human beings who make mistakes just like they do and not machines.

Classic coffee place. Delicious coffee, slightly old donut. Though it was late in the day, and we know the time to make the donuts is early in the morning! Lol

Manager Sam is fantastic! I had gotten a drink that was the wrong order. Not only did he replace my drink with no questions asked but he also was super kind about the situation. My remade drink was perfect and his customer service was 5 star! Thank you Sam!

Honestly, this has been the best Dunkin' in a several mile radius for years. Staff is very even-tempered considering how awful the general public can be (first hand witness). They always greet you with a smile and are eager to please. I highly recommend this particular location to anyone I can. Love these guys and girls!

I’m only giving 5 stars cause Shawn works there, I don’t know him personally but I’ve been going to this location for the past 4 years because of its easy on off access. If Shawn didn’t work there I would probably skip it.. The guy is the epitome of what Dunkin’ must of envisioned its employees to be, or any chain for that.. Quick, clean, professional and always nice and about the customer. That being said, aside from him I’m not crazy about the way my coffee comes out from here... sometimes it’s pure syrup, I often have to ask to have it stirred, which I think should naturally happen when making ice coffee for someone? Shawn always nails it, so I look forward to catching him making drinks.. I hope the owners here take good care of him cause he’s most definitely the reason they are in business!

Someone has to give that Connor kid a raise. He's the best worker to come out of that Dunkin in years, have never left Dunkin disappointed while he's working.

As far as Dunkin Donuts goes, it is typical however the workers tend to be more friendly. The only downfall would be the drive thru is in a precarious position and it does not allow larger trucks to easily pass through. All of the items on the menu taste as they should. Going to give it an additional star after a few years due to management changes and staff changes. This is by far the best Duncan I've ever been to. Still, don't expect to put a large truck through the drive-thru.

Clean place! Great employees! Had a good selection of " Fresh " doughnuts etc to choose from.

Easy in and out from Route 8 North and South.

Not my regular Dunkin but just as friendly. I will admit that this location works better for me when I am heading North, the other one works better when I am going South.
