Love this location! Staff is always on point with orders and great customer service, especially the guy that’s look like that James Harden. Promote that guy!!

Spotless branch of Dunkin' ("Dunkin' Donuts" until recently) with drive-through. Merchandise stacked attractively. Comfortable lounge with faux fireplace and pleather armchairs. Bathroom closed off during this review due to the 'Rona. Very friendly staff, as the cashier had the empathy to realize that through her mask and the plexiglass shield (again due to the 'Rona), I could not properly hear her. Busy parking lot, with separate ingress and egress. Bulletin board advertising local freelancers and businesses.

Literally one of the best dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Food always comes out perfect, never burnt and the drinks are great

I drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin every morning because of repeated bad experiences at the one on my way to work. The one in Thomaston has always been amazing food is always great and right and the service is great too

I have recently ordered my coffee wrong and owned up to it when I came back in for another one. The employee immediately took all the blame for making it wrong, even though I said it was my fault, and was quick to make me another one. They provide exemplary customer service and impeccable coffee. All other Dunkin Donuts locations should learn from and perform like this one.

Traveler from Wallingford here. Went there at 6:40 on Sunday July 23rd. Was taken care of by an excellent young man who wants to become an EMT (an admirable goal) and a very kind young lady. Excellent service, excellent atmosphere. 5 Stars

I had almost given up on dunkin donuts after countless burnt cups of coffee. Then I found this dunkin and its been amazing. Always friendly staff, quick service, and I've never had a bad cup of coffee from them.

Long road trips and I have some how used this bathroom 3 times in a few years. Also its been very unplanned... Just happens to be the pee spot in CT... LOL so 5 stars for not bugging me when I just gotta go 😊😊😊😊

I love this Dunkin for the simple fact that Heather Martin runs this Dunkin. She not only makes a great coffee and good food but shes also makes a great wife. She is excellent to all her customers and tries to bring each of them happiness in the morning with great coffee and fresh food. She keeps a light atmosphere to where you feel welcome in her store each time. I believe this to be one of the best dunkin's in the whole franchise because of Heather Martin.

The people are always so nice. Even though the coffee I order isn't always what I expect it to be, I can't be mad or upset because the people there are so nice an accommodating. And just because of that, their coffee always tastes good

I do NOT understand why they can't make a good jelly donut. Their "jelly donuts" have so little jelly, it's like they grabbed a donut and waved it over the jelly, but they panicked because they almost got jelly on the donut!

Seriously Dunkin... I dont know anyone who wants a jelly donut that has a jelly glaze... a jelly donut should have gobs of jelly.

I even went to my local donut shop and got a jelly donut. They put jelly, in the donut! There was jelly in EVERY bite!

Consistently great service at this location. Staff is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Management is top notch and is always striving to make each customer's experience a great one. I always stop here when I deliver mail in Thomaston.

Always stop here when getting on Route 8. It's a Dunkin', pretty.much standard. Clean, friendly employees, donuts and coffee and a whole lot more.

Love my DD, but person at register wasn't friendly. I go there often & she is the same to me. DD, located near BJ's in Torrington.

Very frustrating when ordering and the order tracker doesn't enter the correct items and then we have to wait for them to fix your order

As far as D&Ds go this place is above par. Staff is nice. Food is always good and the coffee always tastes fresh.

One of the best Dunkin donuts in the surrounding area, this one is breathtakingly clean, complete with living room-style tables and chairs...And a romantic fireplace to top things up.
