Dennis Cropley is an amazing sales adviser who tends very carefully to the needs of the customer. Dennis and his colleagues were all courteous, polite, and engaging. They were there for us at every step of the process and made things move very smoothly. Effortless and smooth two things that are rarely used in describing a car sale but that's exactly the experience I had. He asked me what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on something else, he didn't rush me, answered all of my questions, and was genuinely excited for me getting my car and NOT in a greasy car salesman kind of way excited to make a sale lol. I did my shopping around on prices and they were very competitive on their pricing and they let me know all my options for extra packages but didn't try to push me into buying everything under the sun. On the day of pick up he looked over the car with me, had someone show me how to use the various features, I was in and out in what felt like no time at all. Dennis Cropley is sales was great... was kicking tires and he let me without getting in my face... when I came back he was helpful but in no way annoying - knowledgeable about the vehicle and with 20 emails back and forth he was excellent with follow thuru. Walked into Bayside BMW this weekend just browsing at different model of SUV. But ended up purchasing a pre certified SUV due to the great service and honestly from the sales team. John and Eric were patient and didn't pressure me in buying but willing to work around my budget. All I can say is Thanks (John and Eric) for the Great and Smooth experience!

My experience at preowned Bayside BMW was outstanding.

I was able to view their inventory on line, I drove four cars before I chose one which it didn't seem to be an issue. If I needed to drive another four, I feel they would have been equally open (at least to my face. LOL). The price for the used vehicle was competitive (I hate haggling) and the salesperson was honest with me in terms of my options. He spent a lot of time with me, despite the fact that I bought an inexpensive car (in the realm of the BMW parking lot, of course). The car, so far, has performed well, giving credence to the representations made at the point of sale. The whole experience was flawless and I like my car. What else can you ask for?

I had the fortune of being paired with a young sales person named Fabian Song. I met him in June, and due to some family illness, I wasn't able to return to the car market until late October. No matter, Fabian was responsive, understood my change of priorities and offered the best vehicle options. Mr. Song is professional, as he personable, without absolute zero sleaze. He instilled a great deal of confidence in my decision and facilitated it all: plates, registration, called insurance, got the car prepped in no time, and staid late to close the deal with me, a nobody. Really took a liking to that guy. I will bring my aunt to him to buy a car, and would recommend to anyone looking for a straight deal from a straight shooter, as long as you are in the market for a BMW.

I was in the market to buy a car and I'm a big fan of BMW. I went to BMW of Bayside and I was introduced to Victor Cruz who was my salesman. He immediate sat down with me and helped me figure out the exact car I wanted. We then stared the process , which in my experiences in the past are long tedious and basically a horrible wait. To my surprise everything moved very quickly and I was in my car within a few days. Unfortunately when I had to pick up my car Victor had to go to a training seminar.
