I cannot say enough good stuff about Valley Honda. This is my third time going for service and they always go above and beyond. Chad was able to check me in and get me out in a timely manner as I needed to go to work. I appreciate him understanding my situation and getting me in and out in an hour. Alonzo also was able to help me with a little battery mishap when I explained my situation with no hassle. They both went above and beyond in the service department. I fully trust both of them and look forward to seeing them again in the future. I know I will be in good hands.

The service and parts department is outstanding. Marco Maldonado made the whole process easy. From getting the car towed to getting it fixed in couple of hours, this is the most smooth process I have experienced in my life.
Great customer service and outstanding skills at the place.
Now I know how employee owned place can make a difference in everyone’s life.

I exclusively take my car here for service because I trust the team and appreciate their hospitality. I get consistent service every time I come. I prefer to ask for Anthony because he knows my car and has taken care of us for years. He is a great communicator and makes sure if anything pops up we are aware and approve. The waiting area is always clean and has starbucks hot coffee. Win Win! Thanks for all your hard work and taking great care of your customers.

First time getting my old Civic serviced here. I've been to a lot of different dealers over the past decades. This one is exceptional. The place was absolutely packed with people. And yet, they efficiently got me in and out. On any 15-year old car I feel like most places come to you and say "you need to do a fuel system cleaning, you need a blinker light fluid flush and fill". These guys played none of these games. The service tech came to me and said, "everything checks out except your rear additional brake light, which is out...would you like us to replace that for you, it will add about $30?". I agreed, paid my bill 20 minutes later, and walked out to a car that received a complimentary wash. Now, I will say that I had every major service written down, and the noted mileage, sitting on the passenger seat for all to see. And, I've also written the mileage in the engine bay when each of those items was last replaced (spark plugs, engine filter, battery, coolant), so maybe that's why they didn't play games like most dealers. If my Daughter brings the car back home in one piece from her Florida trip, this is our new Honda Dealer. They had a young lady who did nothing but went around and cleaned up the waiting areas and the coffee center. And then the bathrooms are sparkling clean, with a shelf to set your phone on if using the urinal, flowers on the counter as you wash your hands (you DO wash your hands after using the bathroom, right?). I actually feel like just getting my car serviced every month at this place, it was so enjoyable. The problem is that it's a 2008 Civic, and it just doesn't ever have many issues (129,000 miles).

Always outstanding service from the Valley Honda team. My car was serviced by Marco Maldonado today & I have to say, his customer service is impeccable! He took the time to explain each service to me so I would fully understand what I was paying for. He was honest about what needed to be done & what could wait until my next visit. The estimate was right on point with the final total also.
This man deserves a raise!
Valley Honda will continue to have me as a customer as long as he is there!

I brought in my vehicle to get checked out and everyone was very welcoming. Chad in the services department was a great help! He was able to guide me through the process of getting my car checked and explained other possible services available that I was unaware of. Thank you to Chad and the rest of the team at Honda who made my visit seamless and very helpful!

Wonderful customer service and help from Jose! I’m a new Honda CRV owner and I got an alert for a recall so I called Valley Honda and Jose helped me out. He was friendly, professional, informative, and thoughtful. He also didn’t waste my time with unnecessary talk or taking a long time to look up information. He was Johnny-on-the-spot answering my questions and getting me the information I needed. I will now be bringing my car to Valley Honda for all of my service work. I wish every dealership had a Jose working for them! On top of it, when I talked with his manager, Marco, to tell him what a great job Jose had done I was informed that Jose is pretty new, is doing a great job, and is very appreciated there. It’s good to know that the people I am taking my vehicle to for service seem to genuinely care not only about me as a customer but also about the people they work with. When I first bought the car from a different dealership back in September, I had brought it by Valley Honda service department and had a good experience there as well so I’m not surprised at all by this great experience I had. Talking with Jose I also found out that Valley Honda charges less for an oil change than the place I took it to last month. So knowing their prices and also the level of customer service I have had at Valley Honda’s service department I can’t think of any reason why I would take my car anywhere else for service!

I love this Honda service center and haven't been back to my neighborhood one since I found it. You're not restricted to appointment times and can get your car serviced whenever you get there so it's flexible with my own schedule. I also love that the waiting area is a large, open, modern lounge-type of area that's bright and clean, with multiple TVs and computer stations unlike other service centers I've been to, so it's very comfortable while you wait. The service is fast and reasonably priced. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and don't pressure you to get extra services done so I've always had a great experience. Service Advisor John Benac is awesome and went over and beyond to help me prepare for my vehicle emissions test. Marco who drives the shuttle and assists with the services is awesome and has been great with answering my questions and helping out with some of the services I had done. José Barrera is awesome and although new to the Service Advisor side, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He's a great Service Advisor in training especially since he's already a good salesman, without being pushy! Not only did he give me info on products and services I needed and asked about but he also told me about some services I had always been interested in but didn't know were offered there, like cleaning/buffing my headlight covers for only a minimal cost to help make my old car look much newer! I recommend Valley Honda Service Department to anyone looking for great vehicle service and great customer service!

Worked today with Sam Kim and Jose Barrera on an issue with my Honda Accord 2.0T.

Both gentlemen were fantastic by being understanding and great listeners. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue even though they did not need to.

I can’t speak highly enough of Valley Honda. Great honest staff who will continue to earn my business.

Valley Honda Service is exceptional! I bought my first used Honda several months ago, and have taken it to Valley Honda for an oil change, tire rotation and headlight replacement. Not only are their prices cheaper than popular oil change chains, their employees are friendly, and service is amazing. Today, in extreme cold temps, my car kept dying (maybe a dozen times in two hours) and when I took it in, Chad was able to fix it within 5 minutes. While I was worried it was a transmission issue, it was just a hose that wasn’t connected properly. If you own a Honda, I highly recommend Valley Honda Service, or if you are in the market for a new or used car, my cousin’s family bought their last 3 cars there and always received a no haggle price. Thank you Valley Honda for providing 5 star customer service!!!

Great customer service. Fast service. Very clean and relaxing waiting room. Coffee, tea bar and computer stations. Plenty of tv's and private seating areas. Clean restrooms. Separate kid friendly waiting area. All the employees are always looking neat and professional. Only compliant is that the prices are starting to sky rocket. An Oil Change is now $79.00. It would be nice if they mailed out coupons to their customers to at least give the customers a saving option.

I stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Alonzo. He got me in and out in a great time even though they were busy. I loved that even though I needed brakes, when I let him know I didn't have time he wasn't pushy. I really appreciate that.

I had gone to another Honda dealership to purchase my new Honda, before I came here, several years ago. That was a mistake. (I actually purchased my Honda here new back then.) This dealership is THE BEST HONDA DEALERSHIP in the area!!! A few days ago, I called Valley Honda & I spoke with Gianna in service, who went above & beyond for me!!! The part WAS covered by Honda Care (just like 2 of the people at Honda Care had stated). Alonzo & Gianna were EXCELLENT!!! I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF BOTH THE SALES & THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS HERE!!!

I will ALWAYS purchase my vehicles from Valley Honda.
I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot for my wife recently, and the check engine light came on with certain codes to refer to.
Of course, check engine lights are always worrisome, so I brought the Pilot in for service.
I immediately sought out CHAD O'NEIL as he had helped me with a routine service issue on my Honda Passport.
CHAD O'NEIL (again) went way way out of his way for me!
It was busy in the service department, and he was patient with me, answered every question I had, and saw to it that I was comfortable and worry free. Time and time again I have been treated with respect and made to feel valued by Valley Honda representatives and today was no different.
CHAD O'NEIL is an asset to Valley Honda, and I am happy to have the opportunity to document this fact as I know this first hand.
