T4 Davis

T4 is great. A wide selection of regular and milk teas. And the boba is delicious. The flavors are great. Always a good drink. And the basil popcorn chicken is really good.

Great drinks and snacks. Lots of different seating. I love working and studying here during the day because it's quiet, there's always space, and it has a good atmosphere.

Good milk tea, and the boba bubbles we're good flavor, soft but not too soft. It still had a nice chew. Fast service. Ability to customize the level of ice and sweetness. Free upgrade to a large if you check in with Yelp.

The panda milk tea and the rose tea are my favorite drinks here. Their menu is huge so you have no shortage of options to choose from. They have board games to play while you wait and its always pretty clean. Its my favorite boba place and I definitely recommend trying their boba especially if you are a fan of milk teas.

One of the best boba places if not the best in my opinion in Davis. They have mini boba which is cool because not a lot of places have that. Lots of drink options and the boba is really good. Can customize the sweetness and ice, other toppings other than boba available, staff really friendly. They have food which I haven't tried but I hear is good. I would not recommend this place for studying though- they have wifi but for some reason all the school websites are blocked, so u can go to do work but don't expect to have access to canvas and things like that.

Love bubba tea , my new favourite. I was introduced to this place by a friend of mine, now I visit more often than him 😄. The different toppings on offer are a treat and I have tried almost everything. Highly recommended.

The music they play there is lit. I love studying there on my gaps with my gf and friend. The workers are nice and much faster now at making drinks so it is definitely worth it to stop by. I recommend the classical rose milk tea for a refreshing kinda fruity-ish beverage.

Favorite boba in Davis. They have a good tarp milk tea which can be made with nondairy milk. They also have coconut jelly.

Super impressed with the interior style. As boba goes, there are a lot of options. It's closeness to campus, ample seating, and snack offerings make T4 a great place to hang out and study during the day.

Cute boba spot with a clean and modern look. They have fun games to play while chilling with friends (such as giant Jenga, giant connect 4, scrabble, etc) and they also serve a nice dessert called egg puffs.

A great hidden away gem in the city of Davis. Absolutely will come back, the vibe is amazing just like their popcorn chicken! The boba is even better and that's saying something

T4 never misses

Went there with my sister on her day off great place best fish and chips. For the it being my first time to Sacramento if I am ever in Sacramento will definitely go back to T4

I recommend the Matcha with Fresh Milk, the Ballet chocolate milk or the Vietnamese coffee with sea salt cream!
