After having trouble at a few other Metro PCS locations to get an iPhone we tried this location. We were seriously looking at giving up on Metro because we had so much trouble getting an iPhone that they promoted in the stores and on their website but this store came through. Very good staff there, knew their stuff and didn't push hard for any kind of add-ons. If you're considering Metro this location is good, got the phones we wanted and were very helpful. The plans and features they offer can't be beat.

We went in back in December and we got lucky and had Carlos help us. He was the best. We have since been back to get more phones and accessories. Just the nicest guy and he took his time with us. We didn't feel rushed. He made sure all of our questions were answered.

Bought a tablet at a great price. Great experience with service from El Paso TX up to local Twin Cities area. Owner of this store offered a case for tablet at around 40% off
