The pharmacists are extremely pleasant to work with, they go out of their way to help you fill a prescription even if your doctor just recently sent it over and its near the end of the day, and they get it filled quickly. Done with CVS, Medicine Chest is our go to now!

The Medicine Chest Pharmacy is everything you would want in your pharmacy. You feel that they know you and your prescriptions. The fact that you can call, and someone answers the phone who is knowledgeable is very rare and valuable these days. You will not find this kind of service from a chain. Plus, the bonus of an adorable shop with so much FUN merchandise! We are lucky to have such a gem in White Bear Lake.

The customer service here is superb! It is my new pharmacy of choice. Such a big difference between the big pharmacy companies and your local small town pharmacy.

We had their photo department print an 11 x14 of my wife and I. In the original photo we were quite far away and small in the photo. Bart was able to zoom in on us and keep the image clear. We are very happy with how this print turned out. A big Thank You to Bart for taking the time to call me and explain he could zoom in on us to get us larger in the print and his efforts to do this for us. I was not even aware this could be done.

Extremely friendly, caring, competent, compassionate, pharmacy.. all staff. Very helpful. I love that it's been around for 85 years and not a corporation. It has a very comfortable vibe. Also a lot of nice things... gifts of every sort. Homey and well stocked.

I moved from White Bear Lake to Maple Grove 6 months ago. I will travel as far as I have to to get my medications refilled by these awesome professionals! They have NEVER gotten my meds wrong or been anything but kind and welcoming. I highly recommend them as a pharmacy and a great place to buy White Bear Lake gifts. You will not be disappointed!

We've used this pharmacy for thirty years. They are always great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. And it's just plain nice to feel like you're "part of the family."

I have received two COVID boosters here. It is easy schedule an appointment on line, and you can choose which vaccination booster you want. At the store the administration of boosters is fast and efficient with very little waiting involved.

My family has used Medicine Chest for years. My wife Nikita and I switched our business to here when we moved. My uncle comes from Minneapolis to use them. They go above and beyond. I cant say enough. Highly recommend them.

Best, friendly, knowledgeable serice you can experience. This is a "hometown" store with hometown service. Bart, one of the long time employees is a gem! I am new to the community and have stopped into many of the surrounding drug stores in efforts to decide where to transfer my prescriptions. Despite no drive thru like their big box competitors, based upon my customer experience I will be transferring all my scripts here. The competitor a few blocks away were rude to me despite that I was the only customer in the store that morning and if you know me at all I am one of the most friendly, bubbly, kind, respectful people even if I am feeling under the weather! The Medicine Chest will bring your script out to you in your car if you are to ill or disabled to get into the store. How customer centric is that?! I forgot ask if they have delivery but assume such is available. The gift shop is also amazing, filled with WBL items and more and rest of the store has good drug store selection as well.
They even carry some clothing! The Medicine Chest is one of those Mayberry experiences to cherish in this rushed, faceless & oftentimes rude world of big box retail experiences. I will be back and I will refer all I know to shop at the Medicine Chest!
