This store has the cutest things and they have a point system which I love over every other shop like this. The staff is great and they have deals.

Excellent customer service! Had to go there for an exchange on a damaged item and Peter was wonderful about it, even checked their back stock to get me the correct size and made sure the exchange item wasn't damaged. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a unique gift on anime, Disney or cartoon themes. The employees are always nice and helpful, which goes a long way.

Hi! I am in love with this store. But today I’m even more in love with it. Today I was debating whether or not I should purchase a sweatshirt I have been wanting for a long time. Today I bit the bullet and bought it. I was a little unsure about buying a $55 sweatshirt. But one worker with dark hair and bangs was so nice she even gave me a coupon and brought the price down to $41. I’m very happy with purchase, and I am very happy with the workers!

Hello! My daughter and I had amazing customer service from Nashon. We came in looking for Pokemon products, and he was more than helpful. We also enjoyed discussing our thoughts on Pokemon's new game Scarlet & Violet! Highly recommend!
