I haven't had original chicken in years... I thought they had a deal for 20$ yet my after thought was that i was charged 36$. 2 coleslaw & a bucket.

I am always happy with my tacobell order from this location. Extremely friendly staff and orders are received in a timely manner even during busy times.

Delicious tacos and chalupas. They never skimp on the ingredients which is why I will keep coming back!

I was having a not so great birthday and the only good part of it was I got a Taco Bell gift card. It sounds silly, but before my dad passed away we used to get Taco Bell really late at night all of the time and it was one of my favorite things to do with him so naturally that’s what I wanted to do for my birthday. The gentleman who took my order and rang me out was incredibly kind and wanted to pay for my meal (I didn’t allow him) but the gesture was very nice of him. My food was also amazing today.

The young man working the drive thru today was very polite and articulate. You don't get that very often, and his professionalism really stood out in a good way. Fantastic customer service.

I went to taco bell yesterday with my fiance and son. I am currently with crutches and the kind worker who was waiting for her food seen me coming and held the door for me. The person who took my order was also very kind and didn't know if I had anyone with me so he went the extra mile by bringing my food to me. I'm not sure if they will see this review but if you do I would like to thank you both for your kindness towards me. I don't always get great service but you made me feel great even when I was struggling. I just got confirmation from the restaurant the two people who helped me are Zykiha and David. Thank you again for everything!!!

With all the recent bad reviews, either there has been a change in management recently or we caught this place on a really good day, because it was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely fast, very friendly, food was made well and tasted great.

Very nice variety of food available, whether you want taco bell or kentucky fried chicken. Usually very long waits for line at drive thru. Usual wait time is 15 minutes or more anytime after 5pm using drive thru. The drive thru line goes around building out to main rd. Always customer friendly

Got to be honest with you people. I am a retired executive chef. I am classically trained and had specialized as a Saucier. In my life there are two sauces that I have never been able to replicate. One is the ginger dressing that goes on salads in a Japanese restaurant that I can now make as a result of a consult I did for a Japanese restaurant owned by a friend of mine. So I ended up with the recipe. The only other sauce that I have never been able to replicate is your fire sauce which I could just die for. Of course I can make my own burritos and have many a special burrito on my menus. But I come for the sauce. I buy two or three burritos and i stuff my pockets with your fire sauce. I do know you bottle and sell it at Walmart but I am hoping that I am going to be able to buy a case of the Fire Sauce PC packets that most likely come in boxes of a thousand from the manager of the Norwich Taco Bell. As far as my experience at this location it has been nothing but a joy and a pleasure each and every time I have visited. I've gotten to know the staff they've gotten to know me and I'm there minimum twice a week. Clean environment, consistent food, and a friendly staff tends to lead to a wonderful fast food dining experience. Thanks very much executive chef T. Jay H.

Very fast service! Kfc and tacobell in 1 building is great. The best of both words if you have that indecisive craving or chicken or tacos at 2am

It's just so good I cant

Taco bell has once again secured it's position in the upper eschelon of fast food joints. I honestly don't know why, but their ingredients are incredible.

Even with the construction going on there was not a long line for drive thru especially during lunch rush. Wonderful customer service and like when they have new menu items to try.

The only problem is their drive thru is so long during peak hours because everyone is trying to get the same delicious KFC and Taco Bell you are. *Dong* Live más!

I loves me my Taco Bell! I like the boxed meal deals! Never had anything missing from the bag after I was home! I hate that!!

Great for the late-night munchies and this was the go-to place when my wife and I had to eat separate dinners. I consistently was impressed with the staff and quality of the food this Taco Bell provided.

Best taco Bell within a 50 mi radius they do it right over here especially Laura first thing in the morning always makes my morning burrito delicious and perfect with a smile.

Only taco bell I've been to that can wrap burritos very well and are never skimpy. I have great service everytime I visit.
