Moe's Southwest Grill

First time at Moe's. A wonderful surprise. Delicious food. Oh, and the customer service is outstanding.

We have had a couple issues over the years. One being the other night, and Arsenio was very professional and helpful. You can tell he cares to provide good customer service.

Always a great experience here! The food is always great as well as the customer service. With the whole Covid issue they have been handling it wonderfully as well as it seems they have been going without a hitch. I would very much reccomend anyone going here if you never have. The food is very large portions just as a fair warning. But it makes for some great leftovers too! It is not like other "fast foods" where the leftovers just get thrown out.

I ordered on the app, showed up 5 minutes early the lady working had the food just about done. Both people working yesterday around 6 were awesome! Super kind and very efficient. My new favorite moes

I received an order from DoorDash that was short on items because of multiple items of what I had purchased for other customers and got mixed up. I called Moe’s directly and let them know I was missing something. She was very polite and professional and asked me what it was she could do to make my experience better. I am without a car at the moment. She asked for my address and personally delivered my items. Thank you, Vivica for saving my day! My expectations were exceeded for sure! God bless ❤

Ok so story time. After a very long day at work and being very hungry I stopped in to grab an easy dinner. I ordered a stack, it looked a bit over loaded but I just went with it. After putting it on the grill the whole thing fell apart. Instead of throwing a mess into the container to send me home with, the girl apologized and remade my stack without me even saying anything. THIS is the type of customer service we need more of in places like this. I was more than ok with waiting for her to correct it. In a time that people have such a hard time admitting mistakes I really appreciate the effort she put into making sure my food was done properly. Thank you very much!!!!

Great place to go to get a quick build your own burrito, bowl, or quesadilla. And there queso sauce goes great with chips or drizzled on your food. Staff is quick and always friendly. Head over for take out or sit in.

I had the opportunity to watch under cover boss and it featured Moe's southwest. After watching the segment we decided to eat there. The service was top notch. The food was incredible. I will be a returning customer.

The Norwich Moe's is better than the others locally imo, the crew is always on top of things and friendly. Sometimes they run out of ingredients but it's never been much of a big deal. One or two more garbage cans would be great though.

the ladies behind the counter were monumental in helping me choose topping that my 15 month old would enjoy. we had a really nice mommy daughter date and she ate almost the whole thing

It's Moe's... the staff always seems genuinely friendly and I've never had a bad experience here. This may just be the Moe's Way, but the staff in Norwich does it as well as any other facility I've been in. Always clean and well maintained.

I love to go to Moes. It's close by and the food is fresh and very healthy. They have a large sitting area and the people are all very friendly and helpful. I love it there! A 5* place to eat!

Very friendly staff. Gave us free queuso and sour cream. Line wasn't long(none) at 7pm on a Sunday when we went and food came out good.

Went to the one in killingly I believe it's called killingly Connecticutthe food was outstanding very happy with the service we got first time they're made you feel at home in the welcome explained different food items without an attitude when we ask steak was tender looking forward to going back

Food is beautiful, juicy, ripe, and filling and I could say for the best that this food would satisfy your welcoming day with Rich ingredients, and fresh produce of the Southern Grill out back.👌

Great food,clean and the manager was very helpful. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the building acknowledging we were there.
