I have been a Reit fuel oil customer for over 20 years and have had no issues or concerns. Over the past year I have converted to a natural gas furnace, and Chris at Reit was always responsive and available to work within my schedule and timetable. When it was time to make the conversion, Matt and Wilson removed the old furnace and tank, and installed the new gas furnace and ducting more than satisfactorily. 34108

A recent heating problem with our rental property resulted in us seeking a consultation about what to do. Chris was very helpful, not at all high pressure. The Reit team was extremely happy with everything. Chris in sales was extremely helpful and was able to get everything done very fast, even thought it was all last minute. Mike the fuel delivery driver actually recommended us call them for tanks, as we were not aware they sell fuel tanks. And the install crew worked neatly and were in and out of here very quickly. And then Jim in dispatch was able to get both the tanks filled the next morning on a Saturday so we had fuel for Monday morning. They were extremely accommodating all the way around.

We're long standing Reit customers for many years depending on them for our annual service contract, inspection and oil deliveries.Recently the two oil tanks in the basement needed to be replaced due to age. Chris Peters came out to explain the process in detail, answering all our questions. With no direct access to the outside from the basement, both tanks needed to be cut in pieces and carried up the steps and through the family room to the back door.The mechanics did an outstanding job to cover all the floors and clean up completely.They worked tirelessly never taking a break. The energy source to my house is electric and I converted my wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace, so I needed to have a propane tank installed. Reit Energy made the whole process easy and unintimidating from working with Ray in sales, to the day of install, to the fill of the tank and billing. I didn’t know our oil tank had begun to rust. Our delivery person notified us and we contacted the service department to inspect it. Reit was out the next day , and we ordered a new one. The installation was performed seamlessly. They were able to drain the old tank into barrels so that the new one could be placed in the same spot. The servicemen did a great job.

My heating system went down in the middle of the coldest week this year. Reit came out and gave me a same day quote. My system was 60 plus years old and other companies wouldn't even touch it. I signed a contract on Monday and they had a new system in by Wednesday. They were kind, professional, clean and prompt. I highly recommend.
