Courteous, professional and know what they are doing. Technician arrived, listened intently to our problem explanation and went right to work on it. Domestic hot water system barely warm at best. Replaced mixing valve system. Did an incredible job and had us back in hot water. Explained how the system works, how to adjust it to our liking and how keep it working optimally. Checked out all furnace settings and we are good to go. Would not call anyone else!

It was time for me to renew my contract. I wanted to talk to someone directly, as opposed to signing up online. My budget bill for this past year has been near double what it has been in the past. I spoke to Claudia who was able to explain why the bill was so high and also made suggestion to improve the contract. She did an incredible job, and I was grateful for her assistance. We got my budget bill down to, almost where it should be, and she was exceptionally professional and kind as we spoke. Thank you, Claudia for a positive experience!

Christine took the time to look up all the information needed to make a successful transaction. She was very pleasant and thoughtful in helping me understand the payment process and the contract for locking in the cap for the coming year of oil prices. Wish all company representatives were like, her in dealing with customers.

Brinkers' customer service representative was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient today as I renewed my cap and budget plan and my service plan for the coming year. Brinkers has been a dependable and reliable company, we have been customers for almost 25 years.

Called Brinkers twice this week and both experiences were excellent! Veronica helped me with an emergency service call, and later in the week Rita helped me with a budget contract renewal and scheduling a cleaning. The phone support team is always excellent. I've also had really good experiences with the technicians who come out for cleanings and service.

My experience was good the second time. My concern is that I did not receive my contract via email as the first phone call representative had promised, so I had to call again 2 days later. I received the contract very soon after the second phone call. It was a good thing I called back and did not wait ...!

Brinker’s Energy has been wonderful for 5 years in a row for us. Their customer service has been excellent! I worked with Veronica today who helped guide us into a new oil payment plan that fit our unique needs. They service our heater each year so we know it’s always working at its best. Earlier in the spring they worked with us when our central air unit failed. We had a new unit installed which they relocated for us at no extra charge within a week.
