Unbelievable amount of stock. Owner and I believe his daughter are so helpful and friendly. So much interesting items. You can easily spend half up to a whole day just looking. Highly recommend this train store. You won't be disappointed.

I have been using them as mail order for a couple times. The owner helped me with parts I needed, and was helpful. Unlike some of the negative reviews, I am glad they cater to O gauge, there are few places like that and I am happy they are there. I am going to New Bern NC next week, and plan on stopping there on my way!

I wanted a very specific piece to display in my office. The owner was helpful and knowledgeable and mailed me what I wanted right away. The piece arrived safely and was well packed. I am very happy with my purchase.

Jeff was very helpful, he let my son control the trains, he was in his glory! Also has a Thomas wooden train set in the back that kids can play with. My son cried when it was time to leave he loved it so much!

I live in Michigan. No store like Jeff's. Jeff is cordial and most helpful. A great place to find O gauge locomotives and cars. I highly recommend The Train Loft. If I lived in NC, I'd be visiting and buying weekly.

Owner knows his trains and is willing to help in setup or layout ideas. It is true his specialty is O scale so if this is your world then The Train Loft is perfect.
