I went in to trade in a cylinder from oxarc at my local welding supplier ( not oxarc). It ended up being a very frustrating experience. The local store was helpful, and friendly, they told me they couldn't accept it, as it was stamped in such a fashion that it would be indicative of a rental bottle.

I contacted OxArc, where I bought it from several years ago and sent them pictures. They reviewed it said it was clearly a private cylinder from the hydro/dot stamps on it and were surprised it was questioned. I ended up having to drive 1.5 hours one way to another welding supplier, because my local store wouldn't take it, and Oxarc was more than 4 hours away 1 way so I couldn't take it there.

Oxarc stood to make no money from helping me out, but the customer service I received was fantastic. I just wish you all were closer so I could shop there!
